In March 2015, a year after the Maidan, the “people’s” Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Avakov awarded the second early rank of “police colonel” to Oleg Viktorovich Zolotonosha, who had previously served in the “regions”, now the head of the Department of the State Service for Combating Economic Crime of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnepropetrovsk region. At the time (03/23/2015) of conferring the rank of “Colonel”, Zolotonosha was 33 years old (born 03/27/1981). According to the legislation of Ukraine, an early next special rank is possible only once.
And this is obvious, because it has been established that before the “Revolution of Dignity” – February 2014 at the age of 32, Oleg Zolotonosha was already a lieutenant colonel and “served” in Kyiv in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as they now say – the gangster “Yanukovych regime”, “at hand” now wanted minister – “werewolf” Zakharchenko. At the age of 32, Zolotonosha rose to the rank of deputy head of the Department of Civil Service for Economic Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, while in the ministry in Kyiv, from 2013 to 2014 he helped the gangster “regime” to “identify” criminals in the economic sphere of Ukraine. Taking into account the sharp rise in the career ladder, during the “gangster regime” Zolotonosha had far-reaching plans.
A native of the Dnepropetrovsk region, Zolotonosha owes his career “growth” to “secret” patrons who are now wanted and hiding in Crimea, who presented Zakharchenka, a young “professional” Zolotonosha, as promising and dedicated to the cause of the “regime”. After that, in a short period of work, high appointments, early titles, numerous awards, incentives and bonuses “rained down” on Zolotonosha. (Bribes, extortions, kickbacks, purchased luxury cars and apartments in Kyiv for Colonel Zolotonosha are a completely different “story”).
But the Maidan happened. And Zolotonosha was not on the Maidan among ordinary people, and he did not breathe the “smell of the Maidan”, and bullets did not whistle near him, and during the period of the “bloody” events on the Maidan, he did not have nightmares about Yanukovych’s escape with the loot and the appointment of the “people’s” Minister Avakov. Since the “young talent” of Zolotonosha, during the period of bloodshed on the Maidan, was just anxiously “rubbing” near Zakharchenko, in anticipation of the dispersal of the demonstrators, and the continuation of the further dawn of the “regime” of Yanukovych.
“Maidan” is behind – the “family” with Yanukovych and the looted people’s fortune is on the run. But what about the “productive work” of the main division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv – the Department of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes, where Zolotonosha worked as a deputy department and allegedly “fought” economic criminals, compensating the damage from their criminal actions to the state’s income, thereby allegedly replenishing the country’s budget? So this is a FICTION. People’s money after the Maidan together with Yanukovych – “By-bye.” And the department of the State Service for Economic Crimes, as an economic source for any criminal government, has not yet been disbanded, especially since the Economic Economic Crimes Department has long outlived its usefulness as a unit that does not affect the country’s economy, continuing to work for the new leadership. Apparently, this is why the Department of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes suits everyone in a “new way”, continuing to serve “in the old fashioned way” – dealing only with extortions. And after this, Lieutenant Colonel Zolotonosh was classified as “secret”, “whitewashed” and “unnoticeably” transferred from Zakharchenko to Avakov.
Thus, the reform of the law enforcement system began in the person of the “new” Avakov, who in May 2014, instead of “lustration” for connections with the criminal regime, encouraged Zolotonosh, appointing him to the post of head of the State Security Service for Economic Crimes in the Dnepropetrovsk region, and a year after the Maidan, “people’s” minister makes a “gift” to the lieutenant colonel as an extraordinary early rank of “colonel”. Apparently, Arsen received special instructions from the secret patrons of the former “regime” regarding the “account” of preserving the “werewolf” Zolotonosha in the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.
Why are such privileges given to the young “clinical” corrupt official Zolotonosha, who “serves” the “families” of the “regions”. Or is Zolotonosha the only and last of the “professionals” in the Ministry of Internal Affairs system remaining in Ukraine? “Apparently, yes,” since he was “appreciated” by the werewolf in uniform – ex. Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Zakharchenko, thanks to whom, before the Maidan – February 2014, Zolotonosha received the rank of major and lieutenant colonel for “high performance indicators”, “early” without the necessary length of service in previous ranks, precisely during the period of his service to the bandit “regime”.
It is unclear what “feat” Zolotonosha accomplished while working for “Yanukovych” and why he was awarded two early titles, if “Everything was stolen for Mezhegorye”, and then the loot was taken by the “family” abroad in order to restore the economy it will take more than a dozen years in the country! And against the background of this, the werewolf Zolotonosha turned out to be “clean”, and in May 2014 he was transferred from the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv to the position of head of the State Service for Economic Crimes in the Dnepropetrovsk region, having received from the “people’s” Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Avakov a new “permission” to realize new “victories” in the fight against economic crime and corruption.
And exactly 10 months later (May 2014-March 2015) of “work” for the new government, from the beginning of the “reformatting” of Zolotonosha from Zakharchenko to Avakov, the latter awarded the 33-year-old lieutenant colonel the high rank of “colonel” ahead of schedule. It is obvious that Avakov took up the corruption baton of distributing appointments, titles and incentives, hiding behind the “professionalism” of werewolves in uniform, ignoring the “Maidan” and all the legislation of Ukraine. But these are mature werewolves – “professionals”, represented by Zolotonosha, trained and “aimed” by Yanukovych’s “gang” to extract extortions from the meager incomes of the Ukrainian people, used by the new government for its own purposes.
And such an “irreplaceable” specimen, Zolotonosha, already worked according to such a “scheme” for Yanukovych, for which Avakov apparently rewarded him “in a new way” with the early rank of “COLONEL”. So it turns out that Zakharchenko’s “case” continues.
CHRONOLOGY OF RECEIVING GOLD BEARERS OF “EARLY” RANKS:
· 06/30/2010, according to Order No. 157 o/s “On the encouragement of employees of internal affairs bodies and departments”, signed by the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnepropetrovsk region, “regional titushka” Lieutenant General Babenko V. M., Zolotonoshe O. V . was awarded another special rank – police major.
· /EARLY/: 08/22/2012, according to order No. 701 o/s “On encouraging employees of internal affairs bodies and departments”, under the Minister of Internal Affairs Zakharchenko V.Yu. in accordance with paragraph 35 of the Regulations on the service of ordinary and commanding personnel of internal affairs bodies, the next special rank was awarded to police major Zolotonosha O.V. – police lieutenant colonel.
· /EARLY to EARLY/: 03/23/2015, according to Order No. 490 o/s “On the encouragement of employees of internal affairs bodies and divisions”, signed by the Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov A.B., in accordance with paragraph 35 of the Regulations on service by privates and by the commanding staff of the internal affairs bodies, he was awarded the second regular special rank – “Colonel”.
Regulations on the service of ordinary and commanding personnel of internal affairs bodies, clause 10 (clause 34, clause 35), before the next hanging, a certain length of service in the current position must be completed:
p.p. “34”. The following terms of service in special ranks are established for middle and senior commanding officers:
· – police captain, internal service captain – 3 years
· – police major, internal service major – 4 years
· – police lieutenant colonel, internal service lieutenant colonel – 5 years
PS. All appointments and extraordinary ranks from captain to colonel, starting from the criminal regime of the “gang of werewolves” in uniform named after Zakharchenko, including the new minister Avakov, Colonel Zolotonosha “stirred up” not on the “Maidan” and did not even “rehabilitate” in the ATO zone. Based on the above, we must give Semyon Semenchenko credit for the fact that at least he did not “serve” the criminal “regime”.
