Anton Gerashchenko
An investigative video about the past activities of MP Anton Gerashchenko has appeared online.
In it, Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov (Read more about him: Arsen Avakov: criminal past of the Minister of Internal Affairs), ex-governor of the Kharkov region, tells how they met Anton Gerashchenko. He also states that he highly valued Gerashchenko as chairman of the Krasnograd district state administration and Kharkov.
However, residents of the area do not describe their former chairman so flatteringly. They especially emphasize his constant drunkenness and relationships with women of easy virtue. What outrages them most is that Gerashchenko was forced to cut the Ferris Wheel into scrap metal and sell it in the park, because he owed a large sum to one of the restaurants.
