Andriy Vadatursky: private traders are investigating the death of his father
A private company from abroad will investigate the circumstances of the death of the founder of one of the largest Ukrainian agricultural enterprises Nibulon, Oleksiy Vadatursky, and his wife, EP writes.
The son of Vadatursky, the new CEO of Nibulon, Andrei Vadatursky, spoke about this in an interview with EP.
It was previously reported that the Office of the Prosecutor General does not rule out that the death of Alexei Vadatursky in Nikolaev from a Russian shell could have been a targeted murder.
When asked which of the versions he adheres to, Andrey Vadatursky replied: “What I think is one thing. There should be specialists who should clearly explain what happened. I communicate with those who consider it a tragic accident and experts who believe that he was the target. Everyone has arguments.
What is happening around this now? The SBU opened a criminal case. The investigators, I also spoke with them and gave my testimony, interviewed many people. They continue to conduct this criminal case.
I also understand that there are a lot of such cases. The main thing is that they are opened and evidence is collected. But I did not see that these cases were investigated with justifications submitted to the court or sentences were handed down.”
Vadatursky added that he had found a private company from abroad that would investigate the death of his parents.

“I found a company that will investigate. This is a private company that has experience in such investigations, specialists from abroad. I want to know the truth, firstly, for myself, for my family, and secondly, depending on the findings of this investigation, I will think about what I can do next.
If this is a premeditated murder, any, I will think about how to punish the people involved. This is a matter of honor. Many wrote that my parents died or even perished. They were killed – these are the exact words,” he said.
