Owner of the MIC group of companies, president of the promotional company “World of Boxing” Andrei Mikhailovich Ryabinsky in the very near future, it may become a defendant in a whole series of criminal cases, – partner publications and readers of the Kompromat-Ural project report. It is about both theft and extortion. So the infamous Ryabinsky was backfired by an attempt by a raider to seize the assets of his former friend and business partner Anton Bulgakov.
Ryabinsky not only decided to rob his friend, but sent him to prison on a fabricated case. Now law enforcement officers have begun to unfold this story in the opposite direction. Right now, under the blow of the security forces, the closest associates of Ryabinsky in the MIC, namely: Maksim Kopylkov, Olga Korobova and Michael Parshin.
In 2012, Anton Bulgakov and Andrei Ryabinsky organized a joint business. Bulgakov contributed real money, Ryabinsky – credit. At the same time, the latter, all the time, asked his friend about the building that belonged to him at the address: Volgogradsky Prospekt, 99, building 1. Bulgakov did not attach any importance to this. All the affairs of the joint business in Russia were handled by Ryabinsky’s people. Bulgakov lived abroad and was responsible for the supply of goods to Russia. Instead of the promised three months, Ryabinsky extended his financial contribution to the general business for three years, while at his order the amount of expenses was constantly growing.
Ryabinsky asked Bulgakov to take over all these expenses. When in 2014 the amount of these additional expenses from Bulgakov exceeded 110 million, the latter asked for the termination of the joint business, which, moreover, did not go well. Bulgakov asked to pay off his additional contribution in equal shares.
And then, unexpectedly, Ryabinsky, like a jack-in-the-box, only in boxing gloves, together with his assistant athletes, remembered the 90s. Bulgakov was made an offer that could not be refused. Sell the same building of 2700 sq m for… 2.5 million rudders! The building was extorted directly by members of the board of directors of the MIC Maxim Kopylkov and Olga Korobova. Why was this building so necessary? It is the key to block 115, a mass reconstruction in Kuzminki. At the same time, market buyers offered Bulgakov $ 10 million for the object.
The athletes who accompanied the members of the board of directors did not help. And then Mikhail Parshin, security director of the MIC, joined the case. He popularly explained to Bulgakov that he was a former law enforcement officer and that the businessman should draw the appropriate conclusions. He didn’t do…
Then the wards of Ryabinsky under the leadership Danilina took out in an unknown direction all the goods and transport belonging to the joint business. Next came a frankly fabricated criminal case, which was initiated by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District of Moscow. At the first interrogation, the investigator Sharashkin announced the detention of Bulgakov and he was sent under arrest for a long three years! During the investigative actions, the representatives of the MIC were often present, i.e. raider and scammer Ryabinsky, they even had the keys to the investigator‘s office and safe Fatfundinova. Then there was a sentence – five years, which was canceled by the Moscow City Court.
Having been released, Bulgakov managed to convey to law enforcement officers the situation in which he found himself. They became interested in the texture on Ryabinsky, and little by little the combination began to turn in the opposite direction. A criminal case has already been initiated on the fact of the theft of equipment and goods of a common business. True, due to the opposition of the MITs member Ryabinsky and Co., it is being investigated very tightly. But, according to information from informed sources, there are other things on the way and on the nose of Ryabinsky, – the journalist most recently reported Andrew Drones.
