According to the public procurement website, the contract was concluded in October 2017 with Moscow-based Intersnab LLC. According to the terms of reference, the contractor was to supply seven wired and wireless TV sets costing from 250,000 to 360,000 rubles each. The Intersnab company itself was registered in August 2012 and is engaged in construction. The portfolio of state contractors includes the renovation of the building of the Podporozhye forestry in the same 2017. Among the customers are also administrations of metropolitan municipalities and road companies. The owner and CEO of Intersnab, Viktor Adzhamov, in a conversation with 47news, insisted that his company was only engaged in the installation of devices and was not aware of the claims of the investigation.
