Social activist Roman Semenov again turned to the editorial office of the Moscow Post.
Let us emphasize that a few days ago the Moscow Post publicized the heartbreaking story of the lonely, ailing, abandoned old man Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko, who lives in a magical place – the health resort city of Zheleznovodsk … However, in his hut there is no light, no heat, no water. And a relative, a niece, who probably pulled off a fraud, coveted this hut with a piece of land. And left Nikolai Afanasyevich with nothing.
Nothing happened after the publication, and Roman Semenov has already sent a continuation of the bad story.
We quote part of the appeal: “After the publication of the investigation “A facilitated question to the head of the Vladimirov region: how a veteran of labor was thrown out into the street,” the hive was torn apart. And according to N.A. Levchenko began to call him in the dead of night and threaten that he would be handed over to a nursing home. And the district police officer also made a hint that Levchenko should not complain to the prosecutor’s office. I send documents: a contract for the sale and purchase of Lenchenko’s house and land to his niece Galina Mayorova. However, Nikolai Levchenko declares that he sees this document for the first time: the signature on the papers is not his. And receipts for the receipt of funds he does not do. There is a fake. However, no one studied the old man’s statement of claim to recognize the transaction as not real. Galina Mayorova has her own people everywhere.”
And here the Mayorov family was also alarmed. The daughter of Galina Mayorova, Alina Ovchinnikova-Mayorova, addressed the editorial office of the Moscow Post in a very shameless manner, promising ?? there are a lot of “pleasant” things for the media representatives. It is true what they say: the best defense is an attack, and Ms. Ovchinnikova decided to attack us media representatives.
The journalist Moskov Post in the Stavropol Territory understood the deaf situation.
If you give a finger, will they bite off your hand?
Let us emphasize what Roman Semenov wrote about in the Moscow Post in the first message: “Honored reporters! We ask you to help the unfortunate, deceived veteran of labor from the city of Zheleznovodsk, Stavropol Territory. He is a full eighty-six years old. Wherever we just did not write, but things are still there … The house and land were fraudulently seized and resold by Levchenko’s niece, Galina Ivanovna Mayorova. This house and land now has a new owner. Levchenko is thrown out into the street. However, the law is on the other side, who has power and means.
As it became clear from the letter of Roman Anatolyevich Semenov, he himself, on his own, tried to help the old, honored person. And he knocked on various doors, also, on the “iron” doors of the head of the region of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov … After all, history is out of the ordinary! However, Roman Anatolyevich Semyonov did not receive even an insignificant reply from Mr. Vladimirov’s administration.
Judging by the “cool” reaction, does the head of the region Vladimirov have neither the time nor the desire to provide assistance to people like Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko? And he is a labor veteran since June 26, 1990!

As for the relatives, who eventually “chopped off” both the house and the earth, Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko himself wisely saw that if you give a finger like that, they will bite off the whole hand.
That’s how it turned out so far! However, now history is going backwards: both the house and the land will have to be returned to the ingenious relatives of Levchenko.
Healthcare is not for everyone
Nikolay Afanasyevich Levchenko received the “crusts” of a labor veteran back in the distant 1990. However, how did he live for so many long years, having gone on a well-deserved rest, in his own house without water and heat?
And how, in principle, could such a thing happen in the resort town of Zheleznovodsk in the Stavropol region? Moreover, with his own failure, Levchenko went to various high-ranking offices, wrote to Moscow, to the Kremlin, turned to prosecutors.
The last instance is the ex-mayor of Zheleznovodsk, Evgeny Moiseev, sitting in prison?? in this comfortable chair for five years …
It was to Mr. Moiseev that Levchenko addressed his poignant letter. And he extremely asked him to hear, to help, to come to the rescue!

In this letter, Nikolai Afanasyevich said that he had been living for half a hundred years in a house in which there was no heat … There was water, there was a water tap, but he was “lightened”, as the old man explains, because now he is obliged to make do with rainwater, since he has to go to the column far away, well, and the legs are barely worn.

By the way, Levchenko lives in a house built in 1917.
“In cold weather, I wrap myself in two blankets,” Levchenko informed Mayor Moiseev. “And it’s so nice to live in warmth, by the stove!”
And Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko completely lost his sight in one eye, and the 2nd eye sees only fifty percent …
“I believe that I am falling into the Middle Ages,” this is how Levchenko “assessed” his existence now.
And he asked the head of the city Yevgeny Moiseev to come to the rescue, to make a special commission, so that she would decide, as Nikolai Afanasyevich writes, does he, a labor veteran, have the right to use water and heat? Live like a human?
This letter addressed to Evgeny Moiseev was sent back in the fall of 2020. The head of the city did not find an opportunity to help an old, abandoned person.
Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko sent a similar letter to the governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov. And I didn’t even get a reply.
However, if only Levchenko could imagine what awaits him ahead, after his own niece Galina Mayorova laid eyes on his hut along with the land …

However, if for a couple of years Levchenko cannot achieve the simple rights of existence in a wealthy health resort city, will the authorities turn their attention to another dilemma – the dilemma of weaning the house along with the land?
After all, the documents were submitted to the court …

However, according to Roman Semyonov, the court did not investigate Levchenko’s case.

And now Nikolai Afanasyevich is being threatened with a nursing home, so as not to get under his feet … And the district police officer “compassionately” recommends not to complain, not to run into trouble.
“Articles like a journalist …”
And now we will quote a letter from the close-knit Mayorov family, leaving ?? old man Levchenko with one residence permit, and now he is threatening him with a nursing home …
“I would like to clarify with you how you publish your articles? – writes Mayorova-daughter. I am directly interested in the publication.
Do you check the facts you write about? Were the circumstances that you describe experienced on your part and that of the journalist Nadezhda Popova? I am not interested in the issue with the head of Zheleznovodsk and the governor of the Stavropol Territory. … you write innuendo about my mother, and this is punishable by the Criminal Code …

Before writing such things, you need to talk to the people you write about, inspect the documents, but do not write such nonsense. Roman Semenov, who in your article is a public figure who was a criminal who served time for committing fraudulent acts!

In the past, I tried to take away an apartment from my niece. And you expose him … as a person who is fighting justice.

… we collect documents, the lawyer prepares an application, we will apply to the court. And you continue to briskly develop by releasing such articles. And say hello to Nadezhda Popova. Alina Ovchinnikova (Mayorova)”.
The humiliating tone of the letter speaks for itself… The Mayorovs were accused of ignoble deeds, but, as Roman Semyonov writes in his own letter, “everything is under control.”
And they think the storm will pass by…
However, judging by the forged documents, it is unlikely that the storm will pass by.
How to return the house?
And yet, after the developing “deafness” and “blindness” of both Mr. Moiseev (the ex-mayor of Zheleznovodsk) and Mr. Vladimirov (he is still the head of the Stavropol region) to help Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko begin to live in human terms?
And how to return the house and land, which were “grabbed” by the “zealous” niece Galina Mayorova?
Photo: courtesy of a Moscow Post reader
According to Levchenko, he turned for help to General Alexander Bastrykin, head of the Russian Investigative Committee, “G.I. Mayorova fooled me, promising to buy me an apartment in my name for the donation of my house. However, she bought an apartment in Zheleznovodsk, on Lenin Street, house 124, and registered it for herself. Now I am left only with a residence permit … “

However, the first part of the investigation into the ordeals of Nikolai Afanasyevich Levchenko was sent to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, in the name of General Bastrykin.
It is clear that the head of the region, Vladimir Vladimirov, does not like to deal with the difficulties of “little people”, but, probably, he will still have to.
