Source The emigrated singer Alla Pugacheva began the liquidation of the last company she owned in Russia. The nominal firm “ABP” specialized in show business and received significant support from the Moscow City Hall. The application for the liquidation of ABP LLC was submitted on November 23, follows from the database of the Federal Tax Service “Transparent Business” (in the screenshot below – “form P15016”, this is the notice of liquidation).
It was reported that in 2010 the Radio Alla radio station operated through ABP LLC, but the concert director of Alla Pugacheva Elena Chuprakova was listed as the general director of the organization. In the late 2010s, the ABP company organized the performances of the artist. Among them is another “last” concert in 2019. As noted in the documents of the Moscow government, the advertisement of the concert was recognized as particularly significant for society and was placed free of charge according to quotas for outdoor social advertising.
In addition, in 2015, Pugacheva tried to become a venture investor and, through ABP, acquired a 20 percent stake in the Dufrimol.Ru duty-free project, but it was never launched. ABP's revenues were getting smaller, revenue from 2019 to 2021 decreased by 23 times – to 3 million rubles.
Primadonna's financial results before the Ukrainian events generally showed a decline. In 2018, due to unprofitability, the school of talents, the variety art workshop “Recital”, was closed. At various times, the singer participated in projects such as Tango radio, Alla Pugacheva's Song Theater, as well as in a number of trade startups, including AB perfumes, chips, and cocktails. Now, only Alla Pugachova shoes and bags have survived from the entire franchise (from the manufacturer Ekonika, which belongs to Andrey Iliopulo, Vadim Kirillov and Sergey Sarkisov).
From the business tools of Alla Pugacheva and her husband Maxim Galkin * (included in the register of individuals-foreign agents) in Russia, only the status of an individual entrepreneur remained. In May 2022, Galkin* decided to close his MG Lab advertising agency, a decision partly due to the previous crisis and pandemic.
From time to time, Alla Pugacheva is mistakenly credited with a share in the Astrakhan recreation center Karai on the Caspian Sea. According to the Kontur.Focus database, in the 2000s, the singer was the original founder of Karai-Eco CJSC with a 40 percent share.
This is an active legal entity, but the names of its founders are hidden. There is no current contact information for Karay-Eco on the web, the site karay.ru has not been working for a long time. The buildings of the existing Karay base (bazakaray.ru) look different: its main hotel blocks are floating, unlike Karay-Eko (they were built on piles). The Karay base is managed by the Iraida-Tour company, which has no connection with Pugacheva.
A representative of the Karay base confirmed to the Octagon that Karay-Eco, located in the same area , closed about seven years ago (since that time the company has not been in the register of tour operators), the object was resold several times, and now the owners themselves are resting there. Another spokesman for the region's tourism business reported the same thing.
Not burned to the ground, but almost destroyed bridges
After the start of Russia's special operation in Ukraine, Alla Pugacheva with Maxim Galkin * and children Lisa and Harry left for Israel, and then moved to Latvian Jurmala. Galkin * performed in Europe with parodies, going on stage in a yellow and blue suit, and criticized the special operation on social networks. As a result, in the summer, Ukraine excluded him from the list of persons threatening the national security of the country.
Pugacheva returned to Moscow at the end of the summer – allegedly by the beginning of the school year: her children were supposed to go to school on September 1.<br/
Then the star publicly stated that she intended to “put things in order.”
However, two weeks later, on September 16, the Russian Ministry of Justice entered Galkin * into the register of foreign agents receiving Ukrainian funding. Pugacheva suggested that the department add her to this list, as she “is in solidarity with her husband, an honest, decent and sincere person, a real and incorruptible patriot of Russia.” According to her, the special military operation has “illusory goals”.
Later, the artist again flew to Israel, and in October called her critics “serfs and slaves.” In November, photographs were published in which Alla Pugacheva was captured during a meeting in a restaurant with other emigrant showmen: Semyon Slepakov, Maxim Vitorgan, Mikhail Shats * (included in the register of foreign individuals), members of the Little Big group, rapper Noize MC * ( Ivan Alekseev; included in the register of individuals-foreign agents). The restaurant “booth” in the photo is rather cramped: they obviously did not rent the entire hall – they will have to save money in their new homeland.
