A participant in dubious schemes with a Gazprom asset demands millions from Centrenergogaz, and real estate is being sold at a price 2 times lower
Gazprom’s assets are sinking deeper and deeper into various conflicts associated with the bankrupt Energogaz, which acted as a subgeneral contractor for the Punginskoye UGS facility expansion project in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
So, Gazinkom came up with multi-million dollar demands on Centrenergogaz. The latter managed to be a co-owner of Energogaz’s subsidiary for a short time, and now they are trying to bring his opponent to subsidiary liability for the bankrupt’s debts.
At the same time, they are now trying to sell the stake in the subsidiary, Nauchny-6, which specializes in real estate management and owns a large plot and facilities in Moscow, for 900 million. This amount is almost 2 times less than the initial requests voiced in the Energogaz bankruptcy case. Meanwhile, it will also influence the volume of potential subsidies, to which they want to attract not only the asset of Gazprom and related structures, but also infamous managers. Among the defendants, in particular, Alexander Karabanov, against whom a criminal case was initiated, and, as market participants say, his “senior partner” – the former head of Gazprom Tsentrremont, and now the general director of the VIS Group, Dmitry Doev.
The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region will consider the claim of Gazinkom LLC (according to Kontur.Fokus, the participants are Gazprom Asset Management KSN LLC and Gazprom Invest Rgk LLC) against Centernergogaz JSC (formerly part of the Gazprom PJSC group , now the main owner is JSC Gazstroyprom, the ultimate beneficiary of which market participants consider the same Gazprom).
According to the documents of the dispute, Gazinkom demands to recover a debt under a contract dated 2019 of 26.1 million and a penalty of 1.38 million. Third parties in the proceedings are Gazprom Tsentrremont LLC and Nauchny-6 LLC, a subsidiary of the bankrupt Gazprom’s asset – LLC Energogaz, which acted as a subgeneral contractor for the expansion project of the Punginskoye UGS facility in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

According to observers, based on the parameters of the dispute, it seems to be connected with a series of infamous real estate transactions in Moscow, and transactions involving the shares of Nauchny-6 LLC. Earlier, the media spoke in detail about the scheme involving the “daughter” of “Energogaz” and “Gazprom Tsentrremont”, as a result of which they received a court opinion “on the pursuit of an illegal goal of withdrawing a liquid asset.”
The publication noted that the operations were contested and formed, in particular, the basis of the statement on bringing the list of persons to subsidiary liability for the obligations of Energogaz.
In addition, there were manipulations with the shares of Nauchny-6 LLC. At some point, the asset was transferred to a certain Aleksey Valeryevich Zvonkov, which was also disputed by the creditors.
“In the case under consideration <…> by the definition <…> left unchanged <…>, all actions of the debtor and its affiliates (Energogaz and Nauchny-6, Gazprom Tsentrremont and Zvonkov A.V.) transactions (assignment agreement, pledge agreement, sale and purchase of a share) initially pursued an illegal goal <...> and at the same time preferential repayment of the demand of the affiliated Gazprom Tsentrremont, – followed from the decision that obliged Zvonkov to return the share in the authorized capital of Nauchny-6 into the bankruptcy estate of Energogaz.
We add that for a short period, according to Kontur.Fokus, after Zvonkov, Nauchny-6 was transferred to Gazleasingtek JSC and Gazinkom LLC, which initiated the above-described proceedings.
Now they are trying to sell a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Nauchny-6 LLC as part of the Energogaz bankruptcy case at auction. The initial price of the lot is set at 900 million rubles.
“OOO” Nauchny-6 “, the main activity is the management of real estate for a fee or on a contractual basis, the property complex is owned by the right of ownership, located at the address: Moscow, pr-d Nauchny, vl.6, the total area of buildings and premises – 9859 sq. m, land plot 16,600 sq. m. At the moment, the property complex is leased, the estimated amount of rental payments is 4.5 million rubles. monthly. The usable area is 7419 sq. m. m, currently leased 61% of the usable area, 39% are free and could potentially be leased,” follows from the documents posted on the “Fedresurs”.
Bidding may last until the end of 2023, the cut-off price is 800 million rubles. We emphasize that earlier they tried to sell the same asset for 1.8 billion rubles.

The price will also be fundamental in the framework of declarations of subsidiary liability. As noted in the act of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District, the third stage of the register of claims of Energogaz creditors, excluding penalties, includes claims in the amount of 2.6 billion, while 1.2 billion are accounted for by an affiliate – Gazprom Tsentrremont LLC. It should be noted that now, in particular, they are trying to attract the aforementioned Centernergogaz, Alexander Karabanov, the ex-director of Energogaz and the current head of another asset associated with Gazprom, Elektrogaz, to the “subsidiary”, – Gazprom Tsentrremont “and its former head, now the General Director of VIS Group JSC Dmitry Doev, as well as Alexander Psatia (ex-director of Nauchny-6 LLC).
As Pravda UrFO previously reported in detail, market participants associate multibillion-dollar conflicts with the figure of Dmitry Doev, which “surface to this day.”
