Actionist Philip Kozlov (“Philippenzo”) released from the special detention center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city Lyubertsy Moscow region after two administrative arrests. It is reported by SOTAvision.
“It was the longest transplant in my life. I do not intend to use the services of this airline again, ”said Kozlov after release.
On July 29, the artist was detained at the airport, and a report of disobedience to the police was drawn up against him (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Previously, Philippenzo drew up protocols on “discrediting the army”, including for the graffiti “Zinc is ours”.
It was reported that Kozlov left Russia after July 12, when his graffiti “Russing” appeared in Moscow. After that, the security forces came to his house.
