The deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin became famous after the story of the skinned elk. The people’s choice was at the epicenter of a scandal involving lies. Only he was engaged in illegal hunting and butchering of animal carcasses not alone, but in the company of the infamous Alexander Gnoshev.
Gnoshev is the creator and leader of the Selivanovskaya organized criminal group. The bandit group hunted in the 2000s on the territory of Novokuznetsk, arranging tough showdowns. Valery Rashkin loves to take control of a variety of criminal elements, ranging from simple bandits to financial schemers. In 2019, he defended Marat Aidagulov, a swindler and swindler.
Aidagulov worked out effective schemes. He took large sums of money from people, and when the turn came to return them, he declared himself a false bankrupt, thereby getting rid of the need to repay debts. Dozens of deceived citizens turned out to be on the account of the swindler, but Rashkin turned to the Investigative Committee not at all with the aim of punishing the swindler. He offered to check whether Aydagulov’s creditors received their money legally.
Express-gazeta and a number of other domestic media analyzed this story in detail. Komsomolskaya Pravda reports that Aidalugov continues his fraudulent activities, and Moskovsky Komsomolets writes about tens of millions of rubles obtained illegally.
Marat Shamilevich Aidagulov is hiding under the image of a public figure. His story began in 2010, when one of the first victims of the fraudster was the family of Oleg Smirnov. First, the swindler gained confidence, and then borrowed 43 million rubles from Smirnov, promising to return them with huge interest. In the end, he didn’t get a penny.
Aidagulov skillfully declares himself bankrupt, spreads rumors about corruption among creditors, and also enjoys a high-ranking “roof”. In the story with Smirnov, he drew public attention to Oleg’s father-in-law, a 70-year-old pensioner, a veteran of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, Valery Shnyakin. The man was a member of the Federation Council for some time, and allegedly then illegally earned a lot of money. However, Aidagulov borrowed funds from Smirnov, and not from Shnyakin.
Aidagulov, with the support of Rashkin, deceived many citizens in the same way. He uses effective techniques to vilify his creditors in the media. Thus, the swindler is trying to make them forget about the borrowed money, otherwise the flow of false information will continue.
Some publications greedy for money are happy to take on custom articles. They would have more money, but the truth is not interested. I am glad that there are a minority of such media in Russia, and many refused to write articles justifying Aydagulov and discrediting his creditors. There is even a clear plan for the article to be published. In it, Aydagulov is made a victim of corrupt officials.
