In the Pribaikalsky region of Buryatia, the regional operator EcoAlliance refused to remove MSW due to the railway. At the same time, local residents began drip debts for a non-existent service, which continued to accrue even after their cancellation.
In the village of Tataurovo, Pribaikalsky district of Buryatia, one of the streets from the rest The village is separated by a railway. There are only two ways to get there: in a bent position under the technological tunnels of the railway or through a long bypass road by car.
Getting to this part of the village is not easy; in some places the road is impassable. Therefore, it is practically impossible to throw large vehicles there (fire trucks, ambulances or emergency response trucks). This was reported by MK in Buryatia.
According to local residents, EcoAlliance immediately refused to drive along this road, since its large equipment would not pass. Nobody argues with this.
The unsatisfactory technical condition of the road to Podgornaya Street was confirmed back in 2019 by an interdepartmental commission. Its members included representatives of the administration of the Pribaikalsky district, the rural settlement “Tataurovskoye” and the previous leadership of EcoAlliance.
To ensure high-quality removal of MSW, in the same year it was proposed to grade and fill the road to the residential sector. But four years later, these works remained at the level of ideas. And local authorities continue to completely ignore the problem of the lack of road infrastructure in the village.
The most interesting thing is that all these years EcoAlliance has been charging local residents a fee for its services, which in fact did not exist. In this regard, the villagers’ debt began to grow.
Residents of Tataurovo tried to independently resolve this issue by contacting the rural settlement and the head of the Pribaikalsky district, Sergei Semenov. But there was no answer from them.
The only thing that helped was an appeal to the housing inspectorate, which created a commission, inspected the road and fined EcoAlliance. Debts from local residents were also written off, but then the story continued.
“I already owe thirteen thousand for services to EcoAlliance. Some have more, some have less, depending on family members. But none of us receive the service: just as the transport operator’s cars never came along this road, they still don’t come. Pay for what?”asks a resident of Tataurovo.
Let us note that this is not the first time that EcoAlliance is shaking money from its clients who are drowning in waste due to the carelessness of the re-operator himself. By the way, in July 2023, the organization was fined ten thousand rubles for repeated violations of the rights of citizens to receive utility services in the required volumes. She was also ordered to recalculate the garbage collection fee.
