Bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the notorious “daughter” of Gazstroyprom JSC – PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya
On August 22, 2023, the Moscow Arbitration Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya, the creditor being Samplex LLC (CEO and sole founder Sergei Novotelnov).
The reason for going to court was the debt under the supply contract, PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya owed Samplex LLC more than 161 million rubles, in total Samplex LLC supplied products worth more than 332 million rubles.
Interestingly, Samplex LLC specializes in the production of thermally waterproofed steel pipes and pipeline parts, however, on March 31, 2022, an agreement was concluded between the parties for the supply of products for the facility “Technological connection Bovanenkovo-Labytnangi-Long-Yugan-Nadym. Section Labytnangi – Long-YuganNadym”, which is part of the construction project “Development of Cenomanian-Aptian deposits of the Bovanenkovo oil and gas condensate field”.
It is known that the financing of this facility came through JSC Gazstroyprom, which held a tender for it in February 2022 in the amount of 519 million rubles, the victory in which predictably went to PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya.
Let us recall that PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya initiated the bankruptcy of LLC Yugorskremstroygaz in 2015, and was also noticed in 2017 – 2021 in the deliberate bankruptcy of its own assets (LLC Firm Gazsistemavtomatika, LLC Installation and Adjustment Firm Astrakhangazavtomatika “, LLC Firm “Smolenskgazsvyazavtomatika”, LLC Firm “Tsentravtomatika”, LLC “GA MAIN SYSTEMS” and LLC “SK SMP”).
From 2007 to 2013, PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya was in the sphere of influence of the notorious Dmitry Doev and Gazprom Tsentrremont LLC, from 2014 to 2020 it belonged to Avsholum Yunaev and his partners, who are associated with the Baumanskaya organized crime group. Before the sale of the company, A.M. Yunaev withdrew all liquid assets from PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya (including an office building in the center of Moscow and a service boarding house in the Kaliningrad region), and used the company itself and its subsidiaries as intermediary companies for the supply of materials and equipment for the needs of PJSC Gazprom. In July, JSC Gazstroyprom attempted to return the office building on Savvinskaya Embankment, but unexpectedly withdrew the statement of claim from the court.
Currently, PJSC Gazprom Avtomatizatsiya is in a state of reorganization; they plan to join a number of factories that are now subsidiaries.
