Denis Ostrovsky leases Dnipro free warehouse
The chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Valentin Reznichenko, rents a free warehouse from the developer Denis Ostrovsky for a budget of UAH 42.5 million. This was told by journalist Stanislav Rechinsky, writes Apostrophe.
According to him, in May 2022 Reznichenko allegedly concluded an agreement with Prime Realty Service LLC for budget money on the lease of a warehouse with an area of 38.7 thousand square meters. at the address st. Lyubarsky, 98 for more than 42.5 million hryvnia per month. This is evidenced by the agreement between Reznichenko and the director of Prime Realty Service LLC Svetlana Yashchenko, which was published by the journalist.
At the same time, as the journalist writes, the warehouse of “New mail” on the street. Malinovsky, 98A Dnepropetrovsk OVA took for free use, which has legal grounds – in accordance with the legislation on the expropriation of property under martial law.
“The contract with Prime Realty Service LLC (42654069) is still in effect, probably half of the amount or even more goes to Valentin Reznichenko… This is the first known case in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, when the premises were leased by the authorities, and not transferred or received free of charge for temporary use. The rent of such a warehouse is also overpriced by 2-3 times compared to market offers at the beginning of 2022. It is also known that there are many empty warehouses in Dnipro and the region, but Valentin Reznichenko needed this particular warehouse“, – the journalist writes.
Prime Realty Service LLC, which owns the warehouse, according to Youcontrol, is owned by Denis Ostrovsky, who in Dnipro is called by journalists “the man of people’s deputy Vadim Nesterenko.” Ostrovsky owns SK Stroyinvest LLC, which “in recent years has received the best contracts from the Dnipro City Council, authorities and utilities of the Dnipropetrovsk region … Among them are the reconstruction of the Novomoskovsk Metallurg stadium, children’s and medical institutions.”
Authorities drew attention to the activities of Ostrovsky and IC Stroyinvest at the end of 2021, starting an investigation into the possible misappropriation of funds during the reconstruction of the stadium of school No. 1 in the city of Pereshchepino, which was ordered by the Capital Construction Department of the Regional State Administration in LLC IC Stroyinvest for UAH 49.71 million .
As the journalist writes, NABU is investigating contracts for Ostrovsky’s firm, which won the tender at the Rivne Regional State Administration.
In November 2022, journalists from Schemes and UP published an investigation about how allegedly, with the participation of Reznichenko and his coach, UAH 1.5 billion were “used” to repair roads in the region. At the end of December 2022, NABU detectives came with searches to the persons involved in the investigation related to the “Big Construction Site”, among which was Reznichenko.
