Alla Pugacheva again left Russia, this time with the kids. “Clean up the mind”, which the singer planned to do in the country, she did not succeed. Immediately after returning to the Russian Federation, the Primadonna openly stood up for her husband, a showman Maxim Galkin*, recognized by a foreign agent, and recently called all critics “serfs and slaves.” Former daughter of an artist Christina Orbakaite refused to publicly honor the memory of those killed in the Donbass. It is possible that in this way the star family protects its capital and does not want to fall under US sanctions.
As the Octagon found out, Alla Pugacheva’s family has large real estate in the United States. In particular, among the American assets of her daughter Kristina Orbakaite is a six-story mansion in Manhattan in New York, with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The cost of the object is estimated at about $20 million. This is the most expensive asset of the star family. For example, the house of Pugacheva and Galkin * put up for sale in the village of Gryaz near Moscow is estimated at 500-600 million rubles.
The desire for privacy is evident – the entire house is currently in the Google Street View service is hidden: this is how they cover up the image of the building at the request of its owners.
Orbakaite hired architect Peter Himmelstein and civil engineer Gary Stefichek to renovate the house, paying them at least $1 million. As a result of the work, the 5th and 6th floors were expanded.
The repair was not without complaints, they were recorded by local officials. For exampleconstruction debris fell on the neighbors’ houses due to the fact that part of the work was carried out without a protective net.
Interestingly, one of the paintings in the artist’s house depicts a man resembling a singer and stylist Sergei Zverev– Orbakaite’s ex-husband Ruslan Baisarov at one time he appointed him director of his own beauty salon. The figure of the showman is located in the center of the canvas, to the right of him is a black girl, to the left is a black cat.
But there were no buyers. In 2021, the owners of the building returned to the market, lowering the price to $23.5 million, but failed again, according to according to the portal Trulia and other similar services that combine information from state registers and classified ad sites. As a result, Orbakaite withdrew the house from sale in October 2021.
A New York realtor contacted by The Octagon confirmed that 484 Greenwich Street Enterprise LLC had indeed failed to sell its New York mansion. The transaction was also not recorded in the real estate register.
There is a small possibility that 484 Greenwich Street Enterprise LLC itself, which owns the house, was sold, but there is no outward sign of such a transaction in the corporate register. If the mansion is sold, and the corresponding transaction is not registered in the New York real estate registry, then the transfer tax, apparently, has not been paid, which is a serious violation and may become a reason for criminal prosecution of the former owners of the building. If they sold the house for $23.5 million, they had to pay tax at a rate of 2.075 percent (the sum of the rates of the State of New York and the City of New York and depends on the value of the transaction, type of housing), that is, 488 thousand dollars.
We note that in english wikipedia (PR stars of the stars carefully maintain these resources) Orbakaite is listed as a Russian-Lithuanian singer. AT Russian “Viki” she is Soviet and Russian, but at least since the 2000s she has lived in two countries (Russia, the USA) and most likely has an American passport: back in 2005 in Miami, the artist married an emigrant Mikhail Zemtsov, their daughter goes to school in New York.
@zhabaigaduka, 09/24/2018 04:44 PM: One of the most discussed news of today was Christina Orbakaite’s move to the United States. As the “Toad and the Viper” dreamed real estate in Miami she acquired back in March 2004 from offshore First Lyon Limited. We are talking about a condominium with an area of almost 300 square meters. The apartment, which Orbakaite bought for just over $2 million, has 3 bedrooms and as many as 4 bathrooms. — Inset K.ru
— What is a vacation in Miami for you? What house do you have there?
“I don’t have a house, but an apartment in a high-rise building. It is located in a very good area. In the first days I am in Miami, I am in a state of acclimatization. And immediately I completely relax, I can sleep several times a day! The weather is good – I’ll go to the beach. Maybe I’ll do yoga. I’ll sit down to read something and I can fall asleep again … Everything there is conducive to relaxation! Rest your head and body from everything. I can finally walk in sports shoes without wearing heavy make-up.
The whole family came up with the design of the apartment. I love minimalism with decorative elements. Therefore, we have a spacious, space is not loaded. But at the same time very comfortable.
– If I’m not mistaken, in Moscow you live in an apartment on Tverskaya, the old apartment of Alla Borisovna. Do you like this place?
– I am the keeper of the hearth “Tverskoy”. We have a fireplace there. And once a year, at Christmas, I kindle it! I invite parents, friends… A few years ago I decided to revive this tradition. And the apartment lives. Creativity is soaring… We really appreciate and love this apartment. — Inset K.ru
Kristina Orbakaite has a mansion near Moscow on the Istra reservoir and two apartments in the capital. One of them is located on Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street in Moscow. The real estate went to the singer as a gift from her mother, Alla Pugacheva. And a few years ago, the husband of the star, Mikhail Zemtsov, gave his beloved an apartment for two million dollars. Each interior is decorated differently.
The snow-white palace has an area of more than a thousand square meters. The house has everything for a comfortable stay.
There are several bedrooms, living rooms, a fireplace room, a prayer room, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a tennis court. Numerous gazebos and houses in the form of bungalows have been built on the site.
The family estate is surrounded by greenery and luxurious flowers, which are looked after by a large staff of servants. The territory is under round-the-clock video surveillance.
Kristina Orbakaite’s apartment as a gift from Alla Pugacheva
Alla Pugacheva gave Kristina Orbakaite her famous Stalinist apartment on Tverskaya-Yamskaya many years ago. The housing is located near the Mayakovskaya metro station. At one time, Alla Borisovna herself lived in the apartment for quite a long time.
A few years ago, the star family managed to buy out the neighboring apartments. Thanks to this, the area of the choir has almost doubled. “For some time I lived in my mother’s part, but then the apartment next door became vacant, and we bought it. They arranged rooms there, ”Kristina shared.
High ceilings under four meters and luxurious decor have become the highlight of the apartments. The design of the apartment is made in the style of an industrial loft with concrete and brick surfaces. The apartment has a lot of natural materials: stone, leather, wood.
The walls in the living room, kitchen, office and bedroom are decorated with Italian clinker. This is a real brick, only flat.
Window sills in the apartment are made of natural stone. In the living room they are slate, in the bedroom they are marble. To emphasize the loft style, the upper glossy surface of the stone was removed, it became matte.
For the ceiling, the designers also chose an acrylic-based matte finish. This decorative material allows you to achieve the effect of leather, natural linen and even sand dunes. The Orbakaite apartments have a concrete-effect ceiling.
Engineered oak parquet was laid on the floor. With proper care, such a coating can last a hundred years.
By the way, only the second half of the apartments underwent changes. The rooms in which Pugacheva once lived remained untouched.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The first, with a shower cabin, is decorated in gray tones.
The second bathroom is made in light colors. A Jacuzzi, an overhead washbasin, modern faucets and a rain shower – what else is needed for comfort.

The residence is furnished in Art Deco style. Panoramic windows, heated floors, a lot of upholstered furniture – a distinctive feature of the design of the apartments.
