The surrender of “Brest”

Now on the territory where Pavel Te wants to roam with all his might, there is a cinema “Brest” built in 1967. Recently, the townspeople turned to the authorities with a request to repair it or include it in the renovation program. Instead, the mayor’s office gave preference to a businessman who builds up all the “delicious” plots of land.

At the end of 2021, a decision was made to build a 50-story business center on the site of the “center of culture”. Now we are talking about housing construction. Experts note that the developer has concerns about the demand for office space in the current economic situation, which is why he made such a decision. However, knowing how greedy Pavel Te is for plots and money, we can safely assume that he will not lose even now.

“Tidy” piece of land

The project on Yartsevskaya will become part of the Molodezhnaya transport hub (TPU). Housing here will be in high demand. Already, the cost of apartments in this area is about 341,000 rubles. for 1 sq. m.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that there is only one business class project nearby – Twice from the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and one comfort class complex – “Akademika Pavlova”, built by PIK Group. Thus, Pavel Te decided to move closer to Sergei Gordeev? It has already been said earlier that these businessmen, who could not agree for a long time, “befriended” in order to “crush” the entire metropolitan market for themselves. And, apparently, they succeed in doing so.

It is especially interesting that the copyright holder of the cinema building itself, on the site of which the building will appear, is LLC “Titul”. It is 25% owned by the Capital Group structure. Another 75% belongs to Sigma Holding, a joint venture between Capital Group and PIK Group. Whether the latter company will participate in the Yartsevskaya project is not known, but it should not be written off.

We also add that the Capital Group itself already has TPU projects. Investprofi, a company associated with the developer, bought the TPU Zorge at auction, which owns the rights to 5.8 hectares on the street. Kuusinen. According to realtors, this is a very expensive land with an area of ​​2.37 hectares, it is located next to the Moscow City business center.

It turns out that Pavel Te simply gradually captures the entire transport hub and not only, but no one, in fact, is against it.

Hurricane of destruction

The developer became famous for his cruel consequences, the demolition of the historic cinema is only a small part of his “achievements”. Earlier, The Moscow Post wrote that Muscovites were going to be deprived of another park in order to build up the Northern River Port.

Interestingly, on the opposite side of the future development, apartments and the Galaxy Group sports complex are also being built on the site of the park, behind which the same Pavel Te, as well as Mikhail Rabinovich and VTB head Andrey Kostin can stand.

In 2019, on the site of another monument of architectural significance – the Badaevsky Plant, they decided to build another residential complex.
