Russian society periodically bursts into indignant cries about the next planting of the next adept of the authorities, who fiercely supports this very government. Society is perplexed – why? He (she) all his life “fluctuated along with the party line”! What were they jailed for?
In fairness, we note that there is also a significant number of gloating people – they say, “what they fought for, they ran into that.”
However, if we discard emotions and take a closer look at the many “pillars of the regime” who position themselves as the “backbone of the Kremlin”, then a significant part of them are just crazy freaks, like the notorious “Surgeon”-Zaldostanov or Onotole Wasserman. But at least these are sincerely crazy, they don’t really touch them – holy fools in Russia have always been loved.
Much worse (for the authorities, of course) is that among these “supports of the regime” a significant part are outright swindlers. Deftly using patriotic rhetoric and even more deftly milking rather big budgets from the state for all sorts of cunning projects aimed at “strengthening power” and other “charitable deeds for the glory of Russia.” Sooner or later, someone sane is in the government offices, and then the debriefing begins, the result of which is the landing of such a “pillar of the regime”.
In our case, the “debriefing” is still ahead, but the character that will be discussed is very interesting. Of course, this is “an outstanding fighter of the international movement for the Russian world and a patriot.”
Whether this is so or Yulia Serebryanskaya (it will be discussed about her) – a clever swindler who saddled the gold mine of “Russian patriotism” or a sincere patriot who works “for good” – decide for yourself. There are different opinions on this matter.
Yulia Aleksandrovna Serebryanskaya positions herself as a Russian public figure and TV presenter, leader of the Russian Initiative movement.
However, everything is much more complicated. Let’s start, perhaps, with the most high-profile scandal in which Serebryanskaya appeared. This scandal was even the subject of an investigation by Radio Liberty. Of course, in Russia this is the media – a “foreign agent”, but only the most stubborn “patriots” can doubt the reliability of his investigations. Those interested can read the material on linkand we will briefly describe what was discussed.
In France and Germany, at the end of May 2021, several popular bloggers reported that they had received an offer to publish information about deaths as a result of the Pfizer / BioNTech coronavirus vaccine for money. False reports that Pfizer causes three times as many deaths as AstraZeneca’s vaccine were suggested to the posters to disguise themselves as their own opinions.
French journalists then found out that the offer came from the advertising agency Fazze, headquartered in London. Fazze is part of another agency, AdNow International. Radio Liberty journalists found out that this agency is associated with the Russian Ednau and Ednau INK of the same name. Until 2018, they were led by Russian woman Yulia Serebryanskaya.
With the English AdNow LLP, and hence Fazze, the Russian woman is connected by a man named Stanislav Fesenko: there he is the owner of the right to at least 75% of the assets. In Russia, many companies of a similar profile are registered for a person with the same name, including those with an address on Varshavskoye Highway, in the same place where 2WTrade, owned by Serebryanskaya, is located.
The fact that Serebryanskaya’s business, 2Wtrade, is directly linked to AdNow, is also indicated by a corporate scheme intended, apparently, for internal use, which Radio Liberty discovered in the public domain. According to it, 2WTrade, along with AdNow, AdCombo and other structures, is part of an extensive marketing network under the common name ATeam.
The 2WTrade website says that the company is engaged in trading via the Internet, and in its description on job search sites, 2WTrade specifies that we are talking about products in the “beauty and health” segment. On the Facebook page company users complain that they received expired tablets from impotence “Thor’s Hammer”, that weight loss products lead to weight gain, and the packaging with goji berries did not reach the addressee at all.
Also, as journalists found out, in 2007 Serebryanskaya worked at the campaign headquarters of Dmitry Medvedev, and then headed the advertising department in the political department of the United Russia party. As follows from the biographical information on the fedpress.ru website, in 2008 Serebryanskaya produced election videos for Putin’s presidential campaign.
This is, in short. Those who wish to read the whole story – and it is very entertaining – are sent to the original source. It has, in fact, everything – scams, politics, Putin, the “Russian world”, strange projects in support of this “peace”. And money. Huge money that Serebryanskaya manages to pump out for her projects.
Now – a little about the business of Serebryanskaya. According to Russian registries, she is the head of at least seven legal entities:
And there are at least a dozen founders:
Some of these firms are mentioned in the Radio Liberty investigation as, let’s say, “muddy” means of earning money. We are talking about, as already mentioned, the sale of strange “drugs”, deception of both customers and employees of firms, tax evasion:
In 2019, Serebryanskaya got into an exposing publication of the Pravda.ru newspaper entitled “Yulia Serebryanskaya: the path from United Russia to the opposition.” The fact of forgery of signatures in support of Serebryanskaya’s candidacy in the elections deserves attention – Serebryanskaya, like other United Russia members, went to the Moscow City Duma as a self-nominated candidate.
At first she announced her candidacy from the 18th constituency, but three days later she changed it to the 45th. However, she failed to achieve the trust of voters, and, consequently, to collect the required number of signatures for the nomination. Then a team of MISiS students was hired, who simply “drew” the required signatures.
As a result, the election commission refused to recognize the authenticity of more than 4 thousand signatures for Serebryanskaya. Having been refused, Serebryanskaya refused to admit defeat, blaming the Moscow City Electoral Committee for her own failure. And she began to create a buzz in the press and social networks, as well as attend opposition rallies, despite the party card of United Russia.
According to the depdep.ru portal, Yulia Serebryanskaya received 4 million 100 thousand rubles for her election campaign from TUVETRADE RUS LLC (in which she is the general nominee director). Such financing makes one think about money laundering, taking into account the specifics of the activities of the 2wtrade office.
In general, the firms of Yulia Serebryanskaya are a different story. For example, we give only one – Asset Management LLC:
Negative net assets, two years of losses, zero employees and a revenue of almost seven million … What else is needed for the visit of the tax authorities? And so – for all the firms in which Serebryanskaya is involved.
However, in order to get to the bottom of this information, you need to make certain efforts – the search engine results offer several other materials, since Yulia Serebryanskaya regularly pays for publications about herself in the media, for example: “Serebryanskaya Yulia Aleksandrovna” (fedpress.ru), “Yulia Serebryanskaya: We have the most unfriendly and probably the most closed diaspora abroad” (otr-online.ru), “Yulia Serebryanskaya: US sanctions against Russia are a populist move” (news-front.info), “Yuliya Serebryanskaya” (realtribune .ru), etc.
Positive fake reviews are also regularly written about the Serebryanskaya 2WTRADE office.
If you type in any of the search engines the phrase “AnnGames scammers”, you can learn more about another area of activity of companies associated with Fazze, AdNow, as well as the Serebryansky brother and sister. This is a mass mailing of phishing emails.
“Periodically, people receive SMS from a certain AnnGames with a message about the accrual of funds. Usually the SMS text looks like this: “You received a BONUS of 100,000 rubles for the Games! Game 50 rubles”, “Replenishment for 17270 rubles successfully.” At the end of the message there is a link to the site under the angms.ru domain and a suggestion to go there. Of course, you can’t do this, even for the purpose of getting acquainted. When switching to the angms.ru domain, at best, you may be offered to subscribe to notifications. If you subscribe, you will be sent offers to scam sites ranging from casinos to hacking sites. Also, by going to angms.ru, you can run into even bigger problems. First of all, these are malicious code and viruses that will quickly install on the phone, hack the device and steal all your data, including bank data. says about such letters on one of the sites dedicated to making money on the Internet.
“It’s a money scam” writes on the website of the Legal Social Network 9111.ru, Alexander Kochetkov, a lawyer from Tula.
How should from the UK Companies Registry, AnnGames is the former name of Mottogeek. Its director is the British Evan Tolladay, who is also the head of the British AdNow LLP. The former director of AnnGames in the register is a resident of Novosibirsk, Maxim Mukhortov, and the co-owner is Stanislav Fesenko, mentioned above, from structures associated with Ednau.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to fit everything that is known about Yulia Serebryanskaya into a short article format. This person is too versatile. Well – let’s wait until the next “pillar of the regime” and the patriot Yulia Serebryanskaya come – and her activities outside the image that she is trying to sell to the public will definitely end in the dock.
