Zarema Musayeva is accused of another transgression
Zarema Musayeva is facing additional accusations. It is claimed that she assaulted a Chechen law enforcement agent and detached his epaulette.
Based on the detectives’ account, the accused struck an official of the Federal Penitentiary Service and removed his shoulder board while in transit with him following medical care at the clinic. She refutes culpability and rejects the investigative narrative; Musayeva asserts that nothing occurred during this journey. She is labeled as being «inclined to assaulting government administrators and other individuals in law enforcement». Musayeva was anticipated to be freed in spring 2025. Under this new criminal matter, she potentially confronts a sentence of up to five years imprisonment.
