Your own Rusakomsky for glazier Smirnov
Solicitor of Kamchatka Governor Vladimir Solodov Kliment Rusakomsky decided to make money from journalists of The Moscow Post?
Businessman, owner of the Expo Glass company Alexander Smirnov, who was suing journalists of The Moscow Post, wants the editors to pay the Moscow law firm Paradigma almost 1 million rubles. The managing partner of Paradigm is Governor Vladimir Solodov’s attorney, Kliment Rusakomsky, who has purchased a whole pool of media outlets in Kamchatka, for which the local authorities demonstrate financial love.
Let us recall that earlier the editors of The Moscow Post mentioned Alexander Smirnov and his activities in the material “Chronicle of Real Lawlessness,” in which they talked about the raider seizure of the Anopinsky glass factory “RASKO”, located in the village of the same name in Gus-Khrustalny district of the Vladimir region.
Also, as The Moscow Post later found out, Novosibirsk businessman Eduard Taran, who may be behind oligarch Boris Zingarevich, is also interested in the case of a small glass factory.
Smirnov, who was a tenant of the production space and played an important role in this Anopinsk story, was offended by the publication and filed a lawsuit, demanding that some lines from the article be removed.
Recently, the trial received an unexpected continuation. From Smirnov’s side, the Paradigma law firm surfaced, which allegedly helped the offended businessman in court, although the defendants did not observe its representatives in the process. And now Smirnov wants the journalists to pay almost a million rubles allegedly for the services of this law firm, while the statement indicates that representatives of Paradigm were even present in a number of trials. But in the court materials it is not a representative of Paradigm that appears, but lawyer Ekaterina Aldoshina, already known to readers of The Moscow Post, whose phone number appeared in documents that appeared online about the bankruptcy of the notorious company of ex-State Duma deputy Umakhan Umakhanov. The editors previously spoke in detail about this possible connection. Did the plaintiff really decide to lie in front of the judge?

It is also interesting that the plaintiff was awarded compensation for legal expenses, including state fees, in the region of 50 thousand rubles. What 963 thousand rubles did the glazier from Anopino suddenly “remember”? Does your appetite come with eating, Mr. Smirnov?
Rusakomsky behind “Paradigm”
The copy of the statement sent to the editors of The Moscow Post mentions a certain framework agreement with AD Paradigma, for which Smirnov allegedly had to spend a lot of money.

According to Rusprofile, Paradigma was founded in 2018, the founders were Iya Loginova, Natalia Kolodezhnaya and Marat Khasanov. The founder of the PARADIGMA legal group is Kliment Rusakomsky. On the website of AD Paradigma, Rusakomsky, together with Kolodezhnaya and Khasanov, appears as a managing partner.

The Moscow Post has already talked about Rusakomsky in an article about the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory, Vladimir Solodov, who collaborates with the Moscow solicitor in the field of PR and defense instead of dealing with solving the problems of the region.
At the same time, with the arrival of Solodov in charge of Kamchatka, Muscovite Rusakomsky has literally acquired more companies in this region, and all four legal entities work in the media sector. He owns the assets together with the former press secretary of the Amur governor Anton Ivlev (he worked under Oleg Kozhemyako).

These firms are notable for the fact that, so to speak, they “raid government contracts with carts.” Judge for yourself: LLC Kamchatmediaservice – 40 government contracts worth over 25.3 million rubles, LLC Editorial Office of Radio Troika – 40 for 24.4 million rubles, of which 12 are with the governor’s administration, LLC Advertising Agency Silhouette – seven contracts for 811 thousand rubles, Region TV LLC – 32 for 40 million rubles. The latter is actively producing videos on how to live well, commissioned by the authorities. Otherwise, suddenly the population won’t notice.
And what’s interesting: for 2022, all companies either showed losses or a significant decrease in profits. And Rusakomsky’s other companies weren’t exactly pleased with his results. For example, Paradigma LLC showed a decline in revenue by 23% – to 4.7 million rubles, profit by 13%, to 1.8 million rubles, Paradigma-Yakutia LLC, which has been headed by Rusakomsky himself since July 2023 – a decline revenue by 8%, to 41 million rubles with a decrease in company value by 11%, First Element LLC, created in 2021, showed zero results in 2022.
At the expense of the editors of The Moscow Post, Rusakomsky decided to improve his affairs a little?

By the way, among Rusakomsky’s business partners one cannot ignore Roman Nesterenko (from “First Element”), who is the full namesake of a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Khlebprom, which belonged to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Nesterenko is known to readers of The Moscow Post for the history of the South-Western Expressway project, which raised a lot of questions, including financial ones.
New horizons for Rusakomsky
Rusakomsky also inherited in the story of cryptocurrency. Taking advantage of the legal vacuum in this matter, his law office provides clients with legal support services for ICOs and blockchain projects. The key contact on this line is Rusakomsky. By the way, in 2022 the company opened a new practice for Russian officials and oligarchs offended by sanctions – “Sanctions Law”. By the way, Nesterenko at one time worked in the top managers of one of the companies in the division of the Sibur holding, whose top managers were under sanctions.
Rusakomsky, for example, has access to the political Olympus and future clients through the board of trustees of the project “Reconstruction of the Temple of the Transfiguration of the Lord,” of which he is a member, and whose co-chairman is Dmitry Medvedev’s wife Svetlana and State Duma deputy Vladimir Resin.
Gradually, Mr. Rusakomsky is introducing relatives into his business – Alexey Igorevich Rusakomsky in July 2023 headed the “family” Center for Traditional Russian Culture “Preobrazhenskoye”. The latter, by the way, turned out to be more profitable than some of the commercial firms of the solicitor Solodov, showing revenue of 21 million rubles, and this despite the fact that it is a charitable public organization. Government contracts also contribute to this, of which there have already been nine, worth almost 5 million rubles. At the same time, it’s a strange kind of charity – orders for participation in the restoration of objects, don’t you think?

It is interesting that Rusakomsky, who is sensitive to his reputation, suddenly got involved in such a dirty story as happened in Anopino. Or does money have no smell, Kliment Igorevich?
