Laguta himself began his work as deputy chairman of the Regional State Administration by immediately breaking his promises – because in 2015 he received almost 205 thousand hryvnia in salary (17 thousand per month), without waiting for the end of the ATO. At the same time, he became a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc to emphasize his loyalty to the current president. But he was catastrophically unlucky with his mandate: in the 2015 local elections, Laguta ran for the regional council from the BPP, but lost again.

Well, then Yaroslav Laguta managed to… steal an entire hospital! Of course, just a mobile one – but an American one, equipped with modern equipment and a substantial supply of medicines, with a total cost of 7.6 million dollars. In August 2015, representatives of the US Embassy solemnly handed over to its Ukrainian government, whose representatives were the director of the Military Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Andrey Verba and the deputy chairman of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Yaroslav Laguta – officially accepted the hospital is on balance. And then the hospital disappeared! A few days later, Dnepropetrovsk journalist Alexander Kurbatov tried to inquire about his fate, but he was told that information about the hospital was classified. A then he found out that all that was left of the hospital were tents and furniture – and equipment and medicines worth more than $5 million simply “evaporated.” This story remained unnoticed by law enforcement agencies.

In August 2016, Mashkovsky resigned without waiting for his forced removal. According to the local press, the last straw in a series of his scandals was the large-scale disaster (in every sense) that amber mining became for the region. The new governor was Igor Gundich, an old friend and ally of Laguta from the first Maidan and Our Ukraine. This emphatic “professional patriot”, who has a rich wardrobe of embroidered shirts of all styles, soon got caught up in spicy sex scandal with “stereo blowjob” because of his lustful deputy Alexei Yasyunetsky (a former resident of St. Petersburg, a graduate of the North-Western Academy of Civil Service of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism)). Did Gundich himself and his other deputies, including Laguta, take part in those “orgies”? Skelet.Info Couldn’t find out. Gundich also noted in his constant confrontations with local activists.

“Demons” of Darnytskyi district – Yaroslav Laguta
After Gundich’s dismissal, from June 24 to August 8, 2019, Yaroslav Laguta served as acting head of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration. But the “holiday” was short-lived, and soon Zelensky appointed a new governor – Vitaly Bunechko, deeply involved in corruption schemes and already in the first days of his new work, distinguished himself inoutrageous rudeness. It was obvious that Bunechko would replace his deputies, so Laguta quickly found a new place of work – here his long-standing party connections with Klitschko again came in handy. On November 12, 2019, he introduced Laguta as the acting chairman of the Darnytsia district state administration.
From April 2016 to March 2019, the district was headed by Petr Zakharchenko, who began his work in the Kyiv City State Administration under Alexander Omelchenko. In high-profile scandals that culminated opening of criminal proceedings, the experienced Zakharchenko did not personally shine, preferring to “protect” other officials – for example, the head of the district Department of Capital Construction Miroslav Korbetskyon which there was no place to put a brand! Then Sergei Levada, a scandalous Kyiv developer, Klitschko’s ally in UDAR and his adviser on urban planning and land use, was appointed head of the area. Levada lasted in this position for only 4 months, was mired head over heels in “recoil” bureaucratic corruption (not counting his development work) and left without waiting for a summons to the prosecutor’s office.

And in July 2019, they appointed the head of the district Vasily Lozovoywho sat in the chair of the deputy head of the Regional State Administration back in 2006, that is, under Chernovetsky (having come to the civil service from business), and since then has continuously occupied this place under several mayors in a row! Lozovoy was not kicked out even after he was arrested in 2017 on charges of multimillion-dollar embezzlement—he got away unscathed. And yet, after three months, Lozovoy was returned to the position of deputy chairman, and Yaroslav Laguta was appointed head of the Darnitsa Regional State Administration. At the same time, having assigned to him, in addition to Lozovoy, also Pyotr Zakharchenko – who continues to cover for Korbetsky, who still heads the Construction Department of the Russian State Administration.

Omelchenko’s people, Chernovetsky’s people, Klitschko’s people, Popov’s people, developers and people of developers, officials simply taking bribes and kickbacks – at the head of the Darnytskyi district, as well as in other districts of the capital, as well as in the Kyiv City State Administration itself, the same people sit corruption “demons”. The appointment of Laguta there did not change anything at all, and it shouldn’t have! If he himself has not already been drawn into these corruption schemes, has not become part of them, then at least he simply does not touch them, in fact, he covers them up. And hardly just for one salary!
