From January 1, 2024, the Ministry of Finance and the FAS will introduce restrictions on the purchase of services from a single supplier, as is practiced in the Murmansk region. According to the Nezygar Murmansk TG channel, the new restrictions forced the regionals to hurry up in order to have time to give contracts to Shankoyan’s companies. We will not be surprised if this episode becomes another discrediting fact against Andrei Chibis. The “game” of prosecutor Sergei Pavolin in the team “Chibis, Shankoyan, Bablumyan” may result in his dismissal from office.
