Why is Yermak attacking the President's friends?
There is such a Yury Aristov, Zelensky's old friend, fish merchant, now head of the BP budget committee. He entered the parliament under No. 42 on the list of the Servant of the People party – the largest importer of fish and seafood to Ukraine.
Vladimir Zelensky had 15% in his company Zelary Fish: this was reflected in the declaration of the presidential candidate. Zelensky's share was transferred to Sergei Shefir. Aristov is not particularly exposed in anything compromising. And so. Suddenly, at Aristov’s apartment, there was a “mask show” from the State Bureau of Investigation. Aristov wrote about this on Facebook .
“Today, officers of the State Bureau of Investigation came with a search to the apartment that I rent. The address of this apartment is included in the declaration.
The State Bureau of Investigation emphasized that they had no claims against me personally. My lawyers from the Miller Law Company will be better able to tell about the reasons for the search and the details of the case.
What happened today complicates my work as a people's deputy, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget Issues, because the investigators took away the phone. But in general, we work together, work in the president’s team for the sake of victory!” the people’s deputy said.
The Miller company stated that the search was carried out as part of a criminal case that was initiated last year.
The Miller company announced a number of violations during the search:
Investigators did not receive a court order to grant permission to conduct a search. “We emphasize that a special procedure is applied to people's deputies – the petition must be approved by the prosecutor general,” the lawyers say.
- Investigators' argument – an urgent search is being carried out. Therefore, they did not have to obtain permission in advance. However, breaking into a home without a court permission is possible only in such urgent cases: saving people's lives and property, direct prosecution of persons suspected of committing a criminal offense.
Lawyers note that in criminal proceedings, there is no urgency to open in 2021.
They add that the investigators broke into the door of the apartment and seized the wife’s phone, which filmed such actions on video.
“In addition, the deputy was not informed of the essence of the investigative action that is ongoing, and they were not offered to voluntarily hand over the things they are looking for. However, it is not clear whether the investigators generally have an intention to find something specific and whether they know what they are looking for, ”Miller added.
Miller noted that they filed a statement about the commission by law enforcement officers a number of crimes:
- violation of the inviolability of the home (Article 162 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
- abuse of power or official authority by a law enforcement officer (Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)It looks quite usual for Ukraine until February 24, 2022. The Yermak-Tatarov tandem continues to systematically clear out Zelensky’s entourage of anyone who may turn out to be an independent source of information. By the way, this is not the first time that Aristov has been “drowned”. At one time, after the scandals with the “wiretapping” of Yermak's brother Denis, Aristov was predicted to be the head of the Presidential Administration. However, they shot down a very stupid criminal case. The case, moreover, was very resonant. About the murder of Amina Okueva. A certain Igor Redkin, who at one time was a co-owner of the Golden Fish and Black Shrimp companies, was accused of this murder. Which Aristov also owned. Aristov was thus “knocked down”. And the case fell apart successfully. Redkin was held in custody for 12 months and released.
Why did Yermak decide to “bring down” Aristov right now? We can’t say for sure, but Yermak-Tatarov’s appetites are growing rapidly and it’s not enough for them to have a complete monopoly on law enforcement agencies and the SBU, now they are trying to subdue the budget committee. Or maybe they accepted the order from the same Trukhin. And, of course, they bring down Zelensky's old friends as independent sources of information. By the way, they say that the Shefirs brothers will be the next to be shot down. Not to say that it's a pity. As they say, “the toad fucked the viper”, however, the desire of the Yermak-Tatarov group for a complete monopoly on the President is somewhat alarming. Especially, given the persistent suspicions about Tatarov's cooperation with the Russian special services. And all of his very specific “cotton-corrupt” biography. Successfully covered by Venediktova. And given that Yermak and Tatarov completely control Sukhachev (SBI), Maliuk (SBU) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (I don’t remember who is in charge), the situation is very alarming. We hope that at least someday NABU will finally come to Tatarov. And by the way, where is Bakanov? Where is the report on his activities as Chairman of the SBU? And criminal cases for Naumov and a company of other agents of the Russian Federation in the ranks of the SBU? What, just disappeared like that and that's it? Will the war write off everything? Alas, everything will be exactly the opposite.
