Why did Saenko avoid prison for 10 years?
It is strange that in connection with the arrest of the “union leader” and the owner of the strip rhinos, Saenko do not remember his boss – Vladimir Satsyuk. But it was Satsyuk who gave Saenko not only a “start in life”, but also his firms, united in Rosichi LLC. Recall this story, writes the ORD.
“With the arrival of Volodymyr Satsyuk at the SBU, many funds and funds, which had quietly spawned there even earlier, began to urgently create many LLCs. All of them were included in the lists of those who were given the right to sell goods confiscated by operatives under the current legislation – contraband, unlicensed products, etc. concocted a case against honest entrepreneurs. The leader among these notorious “dealers of stolen goods” (as Ukrainian entrepreneurs called them behind their backs) was Rosichi LLC. It was organized back in October 1995, the founders are Nikolai Gashenko, Yuri Ivanov, Valentina Kuzmenko and Anzhela Saenko. In the line “Object of business” there is a cunning wording: “Wholesale trade of non-governmental organizations.”
Without exaggeration, Rosichi LLC is known to all Ukrainian businessmen. It turned over the goods expropriated from them throughout the country. And last year, it swelled so much from profit that it spawned a bunch of subsidiaries – a branch of LLC Rosichi, MChP Laguna-1, ChPF Rosich, LLC Rosichi-Inter, Sports Club Rosichi, agricultural LLC Agrofirm Druzhba, OOO Active-LTD, OOO Druzhba+, DP Rosichi-1 and OOO Nadosye.
In addition to the LLCs, DPs and PEs listed above, according to ORD, numerous funds played a significant role in this work, which, like “flies”, settled around the SBU with very noble intentions, but not with very noble activities. First of all, this is the “Foundation for the Support of National Security of Ukraine (Director Kulchinsky V.G.). The founders of this fund are the Self-Government Support Fund and the Kiev Branch of Veterans of the Security Service of Ukraine “Shield”.
Why Saenko is 10 years old escaped prison?
The sale of two buildings, listed on the balance sheet of the service, is associated with the name of Satsyuk. One of these buildings is located in the area of the old botanical garden and now a certain casino is successfully operating there. The second building was intended for the department “K”, but for some reason unexpectedly radically changed the form of ownership; sale of land that belonged to the Chernomorsky SBU sanatorium in Livadia and the Odessa sanatorium.
It is interesting that the activation of Rosichi LLC and the active participation of Vladimir Saenko, at that time a deputy of the Darnytsia District Council of Kyiv, began in 2005, immediately after the so-called “orange revolution”, although the company was organized back in 1995 under the “wholesale trade of non-state organizations.” In the media, the company is directly associated with the activities of the former head of the SBU, Igor Smeshko, and his first deputy, Volodymyr Satsyuk. After the “Yushchenko poisoning case,” the servicemen's business associated with the sale of confiscated property was under serious threat. Apparently, it was decided to legalize free funds. It was then that Rosichi invested in an accident named after Chekhov. And if until 2005 the structure of Rosichi included a whole scattering of companies (in particular, in the press they call MChP Laguna-1, ChPF Rosich, LLC Rosichi-Inter, Sports Club Rosichi, agricultural LLC Agrofirma “Druzhba”, LLC “Active-LTD”, LLC “Druzhba +”, DP “Rosichi-1” and LLC “Nadosye”), then from recent time officially the Rosichi Group of Companies, according to their website, includes a sanatorium “Ukraine”, road accident them. Chekhov and a sports club on Darnitsa, as well as a restaurant, an elite clothing store, a sauna and two strip clubs – “Flower Rhino” and “Star Rhino”.
