The general director of the company was Anastasia Solovyova, now the head of Vitex-Center LLC. Its founders are Andrey and Oksana Severilov. They are partners of businessman Mikhail Rabinovich.

In 2022, companies associated with Mikhail Rabinovich became the owners of the FESCO transport group. Its former owners, the Magomedov brothers, were sentenced in December of that year to 19 and 18 years in prison. The Magomedovs, like the former Open Government minister Mikhail Abyzov, who is in jail, were considered people of ex-Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The subsidiary of Davinci Holding Company LLC, owned by Andrey Severilov, is Siberian Titan LLC, a supplier of Rosatom structures.

Rosatom, through its former CEO Sergei Kiriyenko, is supervised by the Kovalchuk brothers. Mikhail Rabinovich and Andrey Severilov are shareholders of Loko-Bank, which, through the chairman of the board Viktor Davydik, is friends with the construction company MR Group, supervised by the Rotenberg brothers.
