The name of Natella Krapivina sounded loud in Russian show business when her ward Svetlana Loboda blew up the domestic pop scene with the hit “Your Eyes”. Then they began to look more closely at the producer of the ex-VIA Gra. In television circles, Krapivina was known as the creator of the Eagle and Tails travel show, and in social circles, as the daughter of a Ukrainian developer Vagif Aliyevawhich occupies the 22nd line of the Ukrainian Forbes with a fortune of $ 460 million.
AT interview With Ksenia Sobchak Krapivina admitted that, without the help of her father, she bought herself a house in the Moscow region for 100 million rubles. As Super found out, it was a 350-meter mansion on a plot of 1,800 square meters in the elite cottage village “Knyazhye Ozero”. Natella made this purchase in March 2018. At the end of 2014, Krapivina became the owner of an 80-meter apartment on Stroiteley Street, not far from the Universitet metro station. Now the minimum cost of its facilities is estimated at 150 million rubles.
Since the beginning of the year, singer Anna Sedokova has been living in the United States, where her husband, Latvian basketball player Janis Timma, plays for the Lakeland Magic team. Despite the considerable distance, Sedokova took out a mortgage on an apartment in Moscow. On February 28 of this year, she entered into an agreement to purchase a 220-meter apartment in the Scarlet Sails residential complex on Schukinskaya. The price of such an apartment is not less than 90 million rubles.
For Sedokova, this is the third apartment in Moscow: in December 2021, Anna bought two 60-meter apartments in the Heart of the Capital residential complex under construction near Moscow City. Now the cost of each is about 30 million rubles.
The star of “VIA Gra” found an atelier of almost 100 square meters in the Krasnaya Presnya region. Renting such a room in the center of Moscow can cost 300 thousand rubles a month, and the cost of the facility fluctuates around 50 million rubles. The singer purchased it in March 2021, along with a 70-meter apartment with two parking spaces. Vera’s accommodation is located in a premium-class club house with the poetic name “MONE Residence”. However, it fully justifies itself: reproductions of the artist hang in the entrance of the complex. Such an apartment costs at least 50 million rubles, and from its rent you can get about 200 thousand rubles a month.
The author of a song about French Provence bought an apartment in the very center of Moscow – on the Arbat. Despite the fact that this is one of the busiest tourist streets, Yolka’s house is located in a quiet courtyard in one of the alleys. The singer bought a 120-meter apartment in February 2019. A similar apartment is rented in this house for 300 thousand rubles a month, and costs about 80 million rubles.
Yolka also acquired a summer cottage with a bathhouse. At the end of 2020, Elizabeth (real name of the singer) became the owner of 12 acres near the city of Chekhov near Moscow. The land here is cheaper than that of the Meladze brothers: the plot cost the singer no more than three million rubles. However, taking into account the bathhouse and a 90-meter wooden house, the cost can reach 10 million rubles.
Singer Ani Lorak lives in the luxurious Agalarov Estate – the tabloids have been writing about this for a long time. We are talking about a 145-meter apartment: on the territory of the village there are small apartment houses with spacious apartments. The cost of real estate can reach 80-100 million rubles, and the rent for such housing starts from 300 thousand rubles.
Before becoming the “woman of the year” according to the Russian GQ, Irina Gorbacheva became famous on social networks. Having received support in the form of a one and a half million audience, in 2019 Irina bought a 55-meter apartment in the new residential complex “Nevsky” on Voykovskaya. Its cost is now at least 25 million rubles. In the same year, Gorbacheva became a co-owner of a 48-meter apartment in an old house nearby – next to the Aeroport metro station. She owns half of the property there. The price of an apartment can reach 20 million rubles. Irina’s latest acquisition is 40 acres of land in the village of Afanasovo for summer cottage construction. All together it cost the actress about a million rubles.
In 2018, the soloist and producer of the Artik & Asti group bought an unfinished 620-meter house on Novorizhskoye Highway for 31 million rubles. Now the singer’s mansion is already worth about 50 million. Umrikhin began investing in real estate in the capital immediately after the hits of Artik & Asti began to hit the top of the charts: in February 2014, he bought non-residential premises (34 square meters) in a panel house in Tsaritsyno, and two years later, another office in a modern LCD on Schukinskaya, where he registered his label Self Made Music. If Artik decides to say goodbye to his commercial properties, he will be able to raise up to 40 million rubles. But that’s not all. In 2017, Artyom bought a modest one-room apartment of 33 square meters in a panel house in Pechatniki, which can now be sold for eight million.
The total cost of all these objects can reach one billion rubles. At the same time, at the time of publication, none of them was put up for sale. Apparently, these residences will be empty for a long time – or will find new owners in the face of tenants. Wait and see.
The cost of real estate is based on the price of similar offers from realtors.
KP.Ru, 07/03/2022, “Mansions of runaway stars: Loboda and Brezhnev cannot sell houses in Russia, and Galkin and Khamatova have no problems with transactions”: Question: What restrictions apply for Ukrainian stars who left the country without Russian citizenship when selling, re-registering houses and apartments in Moscow and the Moscow region to other people?
The answer of the lawyer Sergei Romanov: “Particular attention should be paid to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 81 of 03/01/2022. In accordance with it, in order to conclude a transaction that entails the emergence of ownership of real estate in Russia, in which counterparties from states that have imposed restrictions on the Russian Federation and entities controlled by them participate, from 03/02/2022, you need to obtain permission from the Government Commission for Control for the implementation of foreign investment in the Russian Federation. Otherwise, foreign citizens have no restrictions on appointing a trusted representative in relation to themselves to be present at the transaction.
Conclusion: Ukrainian stars without Russian citizenship, who spread fakes about the special operation, violating the laws of the Russian Federation, will now find it difficult (most often impossible) to make any transactions (sell, donate, etc.) with real estate in Russia. — Inset K.ru

After the start of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, Svetlana Loboda, who made a stunning career and earned millions in Russian open spaces, expressed support for the independent. Various appeals and fakes began to appear on the social networks of the singer, discrediting the actions of the Russian army.
After several months of inactivity without work, the artist tried to resume performances at Russian corporate parties, throwing a cry to potential customers: they say that her fee was the same – about 100 thousand euros.
But for obvious reasons, the singer does not have a job now. The Loboda family (parents, sister and two daughters), like the 39-year-old artist herself, lives in two countries – Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates.
“My dream came true two years ago. I bought a house in Europe, by the sea. Every morning, waking up, the children and I say thank you, because we breathe the sea air, there are palm trees and nice people around us, who not everyone recognizes the artist. Nobody knows me there, except for the neighbors – they are Russians. I have houses in different countries: this is both Russia and Europe. And Dubai – there is also an apartment there, – the singer said.
During her stellar career, Loboda acquired, among other things, a house in the vicinity of Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, worth about 70 million rubles. More precisely, the artist did not buy this property herself – this is a gift from one of the influential Russian businessmen. The singer’s house is next to the mansion Stas Mikhailov. Ani Lorak also has a townhouse in this village.
“Ren TV”, 06/24/2022, “Loboda is preparing to sell a house in an elite village near Moscow for 120 million”: Svetlana Loboda is ready to say goodbye to a luxurious cottage in the suburbs. The singer, who has been banned from entering Russia for the next 50 years for her Russophobic stance, plans to sell property in the village of Knyazhye Ozero in New Riga. Georgy Dzagurov, general director of Penny Lane Realty, told REN TV that Loboda’s house is estimated at about 120 million rubles, and the name of the artist will not affect the value of the object. […] Loboda bought a house in this elite village on Novorizhskoye Highway about five years ago, as Georgy Dzagurov told. In 2018, the property was registered to Natella Krapivina, who had been the artist’s producer for a long time. At the same time, just six months ago, in November 2021, the singer registered in the Prince’s Lake, as stated in the documents that were at the disposal of REN TV. […] As a citizen of another state, the singer had to pay income taxes, which reached an impressive 30%. Tax expert Natalia Hot explained that the stars could “land” to cut costs.
“We need to ‘land’ here somewhere, that is, get registered. (Then) he (the taxpayer) simply switches to a simplified taxation system and pays 6% of his income, that is, in order to get 100,000 rubles in his hands, the organizers transfer him 106,000 ” Hot added.
Calculations show that at one concert Loboda could “save” about two million rubles. Presumably, the singer received 8.4 million rubles for a concert at Barvikha Luxury Village in 2021. A foreigner would have to pay more than 2.5 million rubles in taxes, a “landed” artist – about half a million. — Inset K.ru
In addition, Loboda has a three-room apartment in Moscow, which she inherited from her grandmother.
However, according to the telegram channel second_oldest, at the moment, the singer does not have any Russian real estate. To save her millions and fearing the arrest of real estate, Svetlana chose her security guard Gadzhimurat Abdulaev as a trustee. As it turned out, it was Abdulaev who, back in March, organized the transportation of the singer’s cars to Belarus.
In addition, it was on her bodyguard that Loboda rewrote her country house. To whom the apartment in Moscow was rewritten is still unknown.
Legal paperwork was carried out remotely, the decision on this method of protecting property was made when the pop diva had already left the Russian Federation. Nevertheless, the singer is in no hurry to sell the re-registered property.
It seems that the artist does not intend to completely break off her ties with Russia. The lease of a warehouse in Moscow, where equipment and everything necessary for concert activities is stored, has been extended.
Another strange thing. Despite having an apartment in Dubai, the singer first lived there in a luxury house on the coast, and now, due to the forced austerity regime, she moved to a hotel. The artist also dismissed her team, explaining that she was not able to pay them their previous salary.
However, in the personal life of the singer, everything is fine. Nearby is still 50-year-old Ukrainian billionaire Arthur Grants, who, as KP managed to find out, divorced his wife on the eve of the special operation. But for Granz, apparently, not everything is so rosy in business, if his star lover cannot now afford the previous standard of living.
teleprogramma.pro, 07/03/2022, “Murat was pleasantly surprised”: Loboda denied that she had copied the house to the security guard”: Information appeared in the media that Svetlana Loboda rewrote her luxurious house for 70 million rubles to her bodyguard Gadzhimurat Abdulaev. […]
“Murat is pleasantly surprised,” Loboda reacted to the news on social networks. And she added: “What are you all lying about?”
At the same time, Svetlana did not specify what exactly the journalists were wrong in their investigation, and did not explain who now owns her square meters in Russia, if what was written is not true. — Inset K.ru
