This week in the shopping center “Aviapark” in the north of Moscow there was a fight between teenagers. As it turned out later, members of the “groups” “tsb not mit” and “PMC Redan” clashed. According to a number of media reports, clashes took place in other parts of the capital.
So, Life.ru reports on fights in the Marcos Mall shopping center, and the police opened a case after a collision in the subway.
What’s Happening at Aviapark
According to the Baza Telegram channel, on February 25, Moscow police officers received an order to catch all teenagers with the signs of “PMC Redan” – with long dark hair, with clothes with a spider and the number four, in plaid pants.
A police raid is going on in Aviapark right now, suspicious young people are being taken out of the shopping center in groups of two or three people. There has been suspicious activity in the food court area since early morning. Some are “screwed” right at the entrance. The main goal of law enforcement officers is allegedly the leader of the informals, Ali, according to Mash.
According to Shot, a crowd of teenagers runs around the floors of the Aviapark, knocking everyone in their path. When the cops manage to stop them, they either cannot give a reason for their strange actions at all, or they say that they came to “beat up a group of spiders.”
Police patrols are also on duty at other large shopping centers in the capital.
Criminal proceedings
After the first incident at Aviapark, a criminal case was opened under the article on hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), so far no one has been detained, according to the Moscow police. Protocols have been drawn up against the parents of some teenagers for improper upbringing.
According to the Telegram channel “112”, the brawl at the food court began because the teenagers did not share the chairs. According to unconfirmed reports, a tray was broken on one of the participants in the fight. A photo of a girl with bruises on her face, which she allegedly received in this fight, is also circulating on social networks. Teenagers fought both in groups and one on one.
Over 30 minors were detained in the Marcos Mall shopping center the day before.
On February 25, in the afternoon, the Moscow Department of the Russian Investigative Committee also opened a criminal case on hooliganism against two teenagers – 15 and 17 years old. The boys sprayed pepper spray into the eyes of their peer, the incident took place in the metro lobby. According to the 112 Telegram channel, the attackers are members of the Redan movement. They have been arrested and have already pleaded guilty.
On the evening of the same day, the press service of the capital’s head office of the Investigative Committee reported that the court had sent three teenagers under house arrest in the case of an attack on the subway. They are suspected of hooliganism. According to investigators, teenagers sprayed the contents of a gas canister in the face of a schoolboy, after which they beat him. The crime took place in the lobby of the metro station.
“tsb not mit” and “PMC Redan”
“PMC Redan” is named after the clan of the same name from the anime “Hunter x Hunter”, where the symbol of the gang was also a spider. This manga is extremely popular: it appeared back in the late 90s and has been filmed many times, and the Shueisha publishing house, which owns the rights to the anime, has sold about 84 million copies of Hunter x Hunter.
The second group – “tsb not mit” – includes teenagers and young people who are engaged in “anti-propaganda” and are trying to expel competing movements from “their territory” (CB – Tsvetnoy Bulvar, “mit” – from the English meet, “meet” ).
Her strong point of the scheme is in business, banking and finance.
