It turns out that some financiers with a dubious reputation are involved in the modernization of the AN-2 aircraft by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
JSC “LIC” Nimbus “has contracts with government agencies in the amount of 130 million rubles, including with the Ministry of Industry and Trade – in the amount of 91.4 million rubles.
From 2015 to 2021, LIC Nimbus JSC owned JSC ASC Sibnia-Test, which has contracts with government agencies in the amount of 281 million rubles.
The revenue of JSC “LIC” Nimbus “for the last reporting year increased from 61 million rubles. to 249 million rubles, but this, surprisingly, did not help the company get out of the minus in which it has been for the last 2 years.
Elena Otsryagina, owner of LLC Rusinvest and founder of Rusaviaprom, is the founder of 5 operating companies with a negative value of 1.4 billion rubles.
The negative value of the companies of Konstantin Ostryagin is also 1.4 billion rubles, Andrey Ostryanin – 626 million rubles.
Andrey Ostryagin is the head of the Moscow Tea Factory LLC (MChF), the founders of which are the Cypriot offshore companies UVS LIMITED and FRUTWEIL INVESTMENTS LIMITED.
MChF has a “subsidiary” structure – “Sanatorium” Obskie Plyosy “with the volume of government contracts for 98 million rubles, but the company has never been a plus. In 2022, with revenue of 133 million rubles. the loss amounted to 16 million rubles.
