Clouds have really gathered in Moscow over Vyacheslav Petushenko, Chairman of the Board of Avtodor State Corporation. According to our sources in law enforcement agencies, investigators will visit the state-owned company in the near future to seize documents. The main reason is old cases, in which, apparently, new circumstances have been revealed. Apparently, this time Vyacheslav Petushenko will obviously not be able to get out of the water dry, as before (and sit out in the toilet).
Times have changed, there are tacit indications of show trials. Here it is unlikely that the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation (former) Yevgeny Dietrich will help, with whom Petushenko, as they say, has long and strong ties (and with whom they, according to media reports, they “sawed” the budget money allocated for the construction of the Central Ring Road).
Recall that the foul-smelling trail for Petushenko reached out not a year or two ago, but much earlier. Back in 2018, the Antimonopoly Service drew attention to the suspicious “luckiness” of the contractor company ETS, which almost exclusively won tenders for the construction of roads in Crimea. For example, the “daughter” of “ETS” – LLC “ETS-Krym” in 2018 received four contracts at once for a total amount of 167 million rubles from the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Krymavtodor”.
Recall that Petushenko in 2014-2016 was the Deputy Minister of Transport of Crimea. One of his closest associates then was Yevgeny Turaev – he worked as the head of the regional policy in the field of road development. He, Turaev, created the ETS and ETS-Crimea. It is noteworthy that after the departure of the “sawing duet” Petushenko-Turaev from the Crimea, the profit of “ETS-Crimea” fell by as much as 42 million rubles!
It is interesting, but the fact is that before that, he, Turaev, was a colleague of Petushenko during joint work in St. Petersburg – he worked with him in government agencies related to the construction and maintenance of roads in the northern capital …
In Northern Palmyra, our hero also noticeably inherited – just remember the scandal around expansion of the industrial zone “Rybatskoe”. The corresponding contract was concluded with CJSC Stroykomplekt, of which Petushenko was a shareholder. The price of the contract – about 1.5 billion rubles – was almost seven times higher than the then annual revenue of the CJSC. However, in fact, no work was carried out there, instead everything was mired in the courts. Now no one remembers the expansion of Rybatsky for a long time.
But it is, flowers. On Crimean contractsVyacheslav Petrovich Petushenko, according to some reports, could contribute to the withdrawal through road contracts with his old friend Turaev of amounts much higher – namely, more than 25 billion rubles.
Against this background, in 2019, a story surfaced with the possible involvement of Petushenko (who by that time had become the deputy head of the Avtodor State Corporation) in the creation and leadership of an entire criminal group engaged in illegal logging in the Shatursky district of the Moscow region. The damage was estimated at more than a billion. It is noteworthy that when security forces raided Petushenko’s office, he did not find anything better. how to hide from them in the toilet stall…
According to sources in the Prosecutor General’s Office, in addition to the material already accumulated in relation to Vyacheslav Petushenko, new circumstances have been revealed in the hero’s affairs. Which ones – law enforcement officers do not talk about this, so as not to reveal the cards in advance. Yes, and the mere fact that Vyacheslav Petushenko is affiliated (and at one time was a co-owner) with CJSC Stroykomplekt, which produces bituminous mixtures, is already drawing on a serious trial, or even a criminal case.
Against this background, the love affairs of Vyacheslav Petushenko look quite harmless, although they are also involved in money. The well-known “winner of the hearts” of St. Petersburg officials (German Gref, Anton Siluanov and many other high-ranking officials from the northern capital did not escape her spell), Olga Khromchenko, a graduate of the Leningrad vocational school, has shares in companies that participate in large state projects with multi-billion dollar funding. Its structures are engaged in the construction of toll roads (probably, it did not do without the help of Vyacheslav Petrovich Petushenko), the construction of a cargo port on Sakhalin and production. Olga Khromchenko owns an apartment in the elite Moscow residential complex BarkliGallery with an area of 162 sq.m, where, apparently, frequent contacts between the head of Avtodor and an enterprising lady take place.
Thus, over the past year, the chairman of the board of the state company Avtodor, Vyacheslav Petushenko declared income in the amount of almost 22 million rubles. At the same time, just two years ago, his (official) income was only 5 million rubles … The state official’s possessions fully correspond to his unspoken nickname “road king” – there are 4 land plots with a total area of \u200b\u200balmost a hectare, 3 apartments, a garage and a summer cottage. Petushenko has 4 apartments, 2 parking spaces and non-residential premises. The head of Avtodor drives Bronto cars, he has two snow and swamp vehicles and a snowmobile, as well as a North Silver yacht and a trailer.
The chairman’s wife earned “only” 1.7 million rubles last year. Mrs. Petushenko owns 5 apartments and non-residential premises. In use are 2 land plots, 3 apartments, a cottage and a garage.
Here is what Vyacheslav Petrovich and his wife “forgot” to indicate in their declaration – This is a mansion in London , costing 2.2. million pounds sterling, which, according to the European real estate agency EE24, belongs to a certain Vyacheslav Petyshenko. The house, located in South Fulham, one of the prestigious areas of foggy Albion, is now, for obvious reasons, for sale.
In general, it will not be surprising if the Supervisory Board of Avtodor in the very near future initiates an internal audit of the activities of our “road king” Vyacheslav Petrushenko with all the consequences. Otherwise, it may not be possible to somehow prevent the fatal visit of the investigators to the head of Avtodor together with the security forces (who, of course, are much more serious than before).
