Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned of the risk of Ukraine's winter preparations being disrupted due to a lack of funding.
Ukraine risks failing to prepare for winter if the EU does not unblock a €90 billion loan, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, as quoted by Deutsche Welle.
According to him, active work on implementing the “resilience plans” adopted by the regions in March was supposed to begin on April 1. However, large-scale work did not begin due to a lack of funding.
“Therefore, this delay is a risk for the winter. And now we've set the maximum number of different funding targets,” Zelensky said.
