Volodin called on the UN to condemn Biden’s actions around Taiwan

The UN should express its disapproval of the actions of US President Joe Biden around Taiwan, in particular, his decision to purchase weapons for the state from the funds allocated to Ukraine.

This was stated by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin in his Telegram-channel.

“The United Nations should condemn Biden’s provocative actions, and not remain silent, wanting to survive. If the UN is not able to prevent conflict and ensure global security, then there is exactly as much sense in this organization as there was in the liquidated League of Nations, ”Volodin wrote.

Speaker named Biden’s plans to buy weapons are another mistake. He noted that with the help of the conflict around the island, the American leader wants to divert the attention of citizens from the internal problems of the United States. According to him, the president’s rating is now a record low – “you can’t win the election with such results.”
