The deputy head of Arkhangelsk and the deputy director of the organization’s subordinate mayor’s office were detained for taking bribes in fraud at a solid waste landfill. A case was initiated under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving a bribe by an official by a group of persons by prior agreement, on an especially large scale), the regional TFR reported.
