Vladimir Tsabak: what is known about the odious customs officer and smuggler
The odious customs officer and smuggler Vladimir Tsabak is eager to break through to the trough again and regain his position, not without the support of the elite… He even filed a lawsuit in the capital’s court demanding that the decision of the State Customs Service regarding his removal from the post of head of customs be declared illegal… What is known about the fraudster, customs officer and smuggler Vladimir Tsabak?
In 2002, Vladimir Yaroslavovich Tsabak received a legal education at Lviv National University. Then, from 2003 to 2016, he worked in the department of justice of the Lviv region, writes Anticorrosive
He has headed the Galician customs since 2019. This structure united the Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Ternopil regions. Before that, he headed the State Architectural and Construction Control Inspectorate for several years.

By the way, almost immediately after Tsabak’s appointment as head, activists began picketing customs. And soon, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) and the prosecutor’s office conducted searches in Tsabak’s office, in his house, as well as in the homes of his family members. They were carried out in accordance with the decision of the Pechersky District Court of the capital within the framework of criminal proceedings “in order to identify information about the circumstances of the commission of a criminal offense, search and seize a number of documents.” Law enforcement also planned to confiscate mobile cards, memory cards, phones, as well as digital storage media belonging to Tsabak.
Vladimir Tsabak: Smuggling is our everything!
As the media reported at the time, these searches were associated with smuggling schemes. Thus, we were talking about the detention of smuggled cigarettes in cargo at the Malekhov MP. Also, at the end of 2019, at the Dyakovo checkpoint of the Transcarpathian customs, a truck with “waffles” was detained, which had previously passed the control of the Malekhov MP. As they wrote in the FB group “Mitnitsa Corrupted in Galician Style,” Comrade Tsabak, Nefedov’s protégé, literally in the first month of his work was caught smuggling cigarettes. Only at that time, about 300 boxes of excise-free cigarettes were discovered, that is, 150 thousand cigarettes… As journalists noted, a certain smuggler Oleg Letsik manages Tsabak’s smuggling schemes, and also heads the Malekhov enterprise.
Let us remind you that this person was detained in 2018 for taking a bribe to pass Euro plaques. Further, Tsabak was charged with suspicion by the State Bureau of Investigation for fraudulent schemes on an especially large scale. Also on the subject was his deputy Roksolana Kachinskaya, the daughter of the odious customs officer Ruslan Ganz (MP “Grushiv”), who, together with Letsik, monetized the “cash registers” as a specialist for Tsabak and presented fresh prices to ordinary, that is, real entrepreneurs.
Let us add that, according to journalists, Tsabak personally came to monitor and check how the trucks were loaded at customs posts.
In October 2020, Tsabak was fired from his post as head of Galician customs.
Four heads of regional customs offices were also targeted. This was reported, among other things, on the State Customs Service’s Facebook page.
The Strana website posted a complete list of dismissed prominent customs representatives.
Drunk driving Tsabak: don’t be ridiculous
What can we talk about, if only in the position of the head of the DABK inspection in Lviv, a comrade was able to twice avoid responsibility for driving a car while drunk. And this is only as of February 2018. We are talking about part 1 of article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
It is noteworthy that in those two cases, and this is not a fact that they were the only ones, criminal proceedings were closed due to the expiration of the deadline for bringing administrative responsibility. This became known from the court ruling dated October 3, 2017 and November 10, 2017. Then protocols BR No. 261899 and BR No. 228214 were drawn up.
The most interesting thing is that according to the declaration filled out by Vladimir, in 2020 he no longer owns any car. This will be discussed further in the declarations.
But, if we talk about violations of driving while drunk, then a friend managed to show up in Lviv at 23:10 on June 13, 2017, let’s note that this is just one of these “cases”…
Let us note that Tsabak refused to undergo the examination provided for in such cases… The next time Tsabak was officially caught for the same reason in August of the same year… It is noteworthy that these cases were magically closed.
What is known from the declarations of Vladimir Tsabak
At the moment we see, according to the latest declaration provided by Tsabak:
– Six apartments with a total area of 1288 square meters;
– Auto: no;
– Land plots: six pieces, with a total area of 7,040 square meters No.
– Income: over 1.6 million hryvnia;

– Cash: over 51.5 thousand hryvnia, 156 thousand bucks and 116 euros…
But what information is provided by the website of public figures of Ukraine PEP. Here we see data only up to 2019 inclusive. For 2020, information is not yet publicly available, except for general information from the OpenData resource.
An interesting point: despite the fact that Tsabak’s declaration does not contain cars as such, he drives a whole fashionable palette of Porsches abroad: Cayman, Carera, Cayenne, Panamera, as well as BMW X7 and Audi Q7. This was reported by the Lviv News publication.
Corruption is rampant and Tsabak is in the know

Here, for example, is the situation captured on January 21, 2020 at the Krakovets-Korcheva checkpoint. Then an eyewitness noted that buses with contraband were standing out of line. And only after Tsabak and Nefedov gave the go-ahead, the procession “set off”…
And here is a very detailed and personal review on the YouTube resource “Auto Euro Power”, reflecting the shadow schemes of Volodya Tsabak. 350 zlotys, i.e. 100 bucks: according to the author of the video, this is exactly how much they extorted for moving across the border… What about the prices now?
But that’s not all, the author also voiced the fact that a specific person who went “abroad” to work was offered to simulate a “return to the country” due to “corona”…. Customs against Tsabak: details of the latest showdown
On April 9, Vladimir Tsabak filed a lawsuit in the capital’s court demanding that the decision of the State Customs Service regarding his removal be declared unlawful. The relevant data is in the court register, and criminal proceedings have been opened under number No. 640/9827/21.

So what do we have? Tsabak, who longs to return to his position, is trying to challenge this in court… At the same time, the swindler is supported by “friends”, such as Shmygal and others. Guess who is poor and unhappy in this situation? Rhetorical question…
