CONTINUATION. BEGINNING: Vladimir Didukh: Bureau of Criminal Services of Vova Morda. PART 1
At the same time, in 2000, Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko used Didukh’s services (it was reported that he was personally seen in her private office). Yulia Vladimirovna’s interest was to carry out the privatization of Lvovoblenergo in such a way as to push people away from this process Surkis brothers. Of course, she could not directly “order” such large and influential figures (who themselves were associated with organized crime groups), but she needed the services of Didukh’s people to play some cunning combination.
It was also well known in certain circles that Evgeniy Chervonenko in the 90s, he also started with criminal cases (he even had his own “brigade”), and had very close acquaintances with the “authorities” of Lvov – including Vladimir Didukh.
And yet, in 2001, Vladimir Didukh was “closed” on a new charge of extortion! Not to prison, only to a pre-trial detention center, for 8 months, in fairly comfortable conditions that could only be created for such an “authority.” And then the court gave him… a suspended sentence! This was the first and only conviction of Vova Morda, which he did not dare to brag about in front of his acquaintances “thieves in law”: Sergei Pakhomov (Mamed), Sergei Lysenko (Lera Sumskaya), Andrei Nedzelsky (Nedelya), Alexei Salnikov (Lesha Krasnodonsky). According to sources Skelet.Info from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, these “crowned” leaders of the criminal world also used the services of Didukh’s gang of killers – and thanks to this, he had powerful cover from the “thieves” (mainly guarantees that they would not “convict” him). Plus, through Mamed, who lived in Gorlovka in recent years (he died in 2011 from cancer), Didukh became close to the well-known Yuri Ivanyushchenko and his Gorlovka watcher Armen Sargsyan. And this was a guarantee that the Donetsk people would not touch him – despite the fact that they had a reason to strongly dislike Didukh.
This reason was the 1,300 people (according to Didukh himself) whom he brought from Lvov to the first Maidan in November 2004. Their core consisted of his own “brigade” (according to rumors, they did not arrive empty-handed – just in case), as well as titushka athletes (for this Didukh became vice-president of the Lviv region boxing federation), with whom he guarded Maidan stage. Also under Didukh’s leadership were people from other Lviv organized crime groups who arrived to support the “Orange Revolution” (including Kolya Rokiro’s people, who were brought by Krivetsky). No, the Lvov “authorities” didn’t give a damn about the “European choice”, but they bet on the parties (Svoboda, Our Ukraine, BYuT) and the politicians who organized this Maidan. And these politicians turned to everyone who could bring a certain number of reliable people – realizing that they should not rely only on the restless crowd of Kiev residents.
The curious thing is that Yushchenko himself did not particularly delve into the details of the organization of the Maidan – he played his role as a “messiah”, and did not even imagine who was in the forefront of the flock listening to him. Therefore, he really did not know anything about any Vova Morda – until that very meeting of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at which someone complained to him about the dominance of Lviv crime. But, apparently, after the meeting, the president was explained in detail who Vova Morda was and what Viktor Andreevich owes to him. Because after that, the president himself, and the entire Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the SBU and the prosecutor’s office, suddenly forgot about Vladimir Didukh for a long time. And this allowed him to begin his transformation from an “authority” into a legalized “respected businessman.”
Vladimir Didukh – Doesn’t sink and doesn’t burn
This transformation consisted not only of investing the gangster’s “cash” in legal businesses, which were then re-registered as offshore companies and shell companies. By the way, Vladimir Didukh led and continues to conduct part of this business together with Igor Krivetskydespite the disagreements that arose between them. Also participating in this “family business” are: Natalya Slipchenko (Didukh’s wife), Maxim Didukh (son), Olga Filatova (Krivetsky’s wife), Ganna Krivetskaya (sister). They jointly own Mongoose LLC, Healthy Galicia LLC, Emkoret company, as well as a number of construction companies. In addition, the legal businesses of the Didukhzov family include AIA LLC, Gurman LLC, and Galka-Drohobych PJSC. But besides this, Vladimir Didukh had and still has a business, which he would like to remain silent about. For example, he is currently “protecting” amber mining in the Rivne region – together with businessman Vladimir Prodivus, who also has a criminal past behind him. “Social activist” Evgeniy Eremenko once reported this on his blog.
In the past, Didukh controlled all sorts of scams and schemes related to oil and gasoline (Galicia Oil Refinery), alcohol fraud, and smuggling. His connections were enormous, many of Didukh’s former partners became big bosses in Kyiv, but one of these connections tragically ended in 2005, when the ex-governor of the Lviv region (1999-2001) Stepan Senchuk was killed by killers. In police circles they started talking again that this was “Morda’s handwriting” – and they decided that in this way he was covering his tracks, since Senchuk himself had at one time participated in many shady schemes in which Didukh was noted.
The fate of the Krakow market in Lviv is not without interest: since the 90s, it was completely controlled by the organized crime group, first Pstygi, and then Didukha, and serious wars were fought over it with other organized crime groups. However, in 2006-2007, the market completely came under the “roof” of the Lviv police (UBOP), which fed from it. According to information from the City Department of Internal Affairs, the “cops” demanded it from Didukh as payment for the fact that his criminal past would not go beyond the police archives.
The unsolved murder of Nikolai Lozinsky (Koli Rokiro) in 2007 also raised many questions. On the one hand, Lozinsky and Didukh were godfathers, and, moreover, not without the help of Vova Morda, by the beginning of the 2000s, most of the major Lviv “authorities” moved to the cemetery, freeing up space for Lozinsky’s group to grow. On the other hand, if Didukh had decided to clear out his past, he would stop at nothing. So, for example, in 2013, Maryan Rodych (b. 1965), who was some kind of relative of Vladimir Didukh, disappeared and was part of his “brigade” since the mid-90s, dealing mainly with economic schemes, and then heading an underground fighting club. He disappeared, and then was found – and, refusing to write any statements to the police, he began to behave somehow strangely, not wanting to meet with his relative Didukh. And on September 25, 2015, Maryan Rodych was shot right on the street from machine guns by unknown men in camouflage, who then fled in a foreign car with “Atomic” black license plates. It was later found broken and declared stolen from one of the volunteer organizations – however Skelet.Info it is reliably known, even from the words of Didukh himself, that he contains several volunteer groups (or people hiding behind this screen). In general, then sources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs leaked very voluminous information to journalists both about the Rodich case and about other little-known facts from Didukh’s biography (see printouts).
There were also many rumors surrounding the murder in 2008 of the director of the Lviv Investment and Construction Company, Igor Kulchytsky – in the 90s known under the nickname Bullet and as a close friend of Orest Zavinsky. Moreover, after the murder of Zavini, his widow then married Kulchytsky – and 14 years later she had to relive the murder of her husband. So: Kulchytsky knew well the affairs of many Lvov “authorities,” including Vladimir Didukh, with whom he had already clashed in the construction business.
And yet Didukh himself also more than once became a victim of assassination attempts, although some of them were called staged by experts. So, in the summer of 2004, an unknown killer shot at Didukh when he got out of the car and headed to his home: the bullets hit his arm and shoulder, and the wounds, according to doctors, turned out to be almost trivial. But there was one strange thing: the attacker used a Luger pistol, and this is exactly what Vova Morda’s killers were armed with. In addition, its cartridges are powerful enough to cripple a person for life if hit in the shoulder.
Didukh was shot the second time on August 24, 2012. In the center of Lvov, his Volvo jeep (more precisely, registered to another person) was shot by unknown persons in a Daewoo Lanos using a compact Scorpion submachine gun. The driver took most of the bullets – he turned out to be Mikhail Milyan, who this time was unlucky to survive, as in 1998. Didukh was allegedly hit by two bullets in the head and one in the chest – on that day they even wrote that he was killed. But here’s the strange thing: a man with two bullets in his head (!) managed to jump out of the car, hide behind it and call for support! Truly, only the Terminator is capable of this! However, Didukh then went to the hospital – where neurosurgeons allegedly fought for his life all evening. And already on October 8, Didukh left the hospital and appeared in Kyiv, where he arrived for important negotiations with big people from the government Azarova and the Yanukovych Administration.
But even more surprising than Superman’s physical superpowers is his ability to change his image. The criminal “authority” turned into a businessman, and he turned into a politician. In 2014, Vladimir Didukh elected to the Verkhovna Rada. However, he was not included in the Svoboda list – despite the fact that at one time he contributed to the party Tyagnibok 48 million dollars. Perhaps some friction arose between them, and perhaps the reason for it was Igor Krivetskywho, during the second Maidan, took over both the organizational part (stage and equipment) and security (creating hundreds of “Self-Defense”). Accordingly, Krivetsky, and not Didukh, received benefits and dividends from the “revolution” – by placing his people in the new government. Pushed aside, Didukh spat on Svoboda and ended up on the list of the Civil Movement party (at No. 11), but it did not gain even 1%. But he managed to win the local elections in 2015, joining the Lvov City Council from the People’s Control party. Where Didukh poses as a defender of the interests of the common people, and even created his own charitable foundation for this.
But what lies behind this mask of a smiling bald guy talking about ecology and the national idea? Distribution of the regional budget? If only! According to information from various sources Skelet.Infopolitician Vladimir Didukh is again preparing to become the “authority” Vova Morda – as the situation in the country continues to destabilize, and the so-called “camouflage soldiers” – that is, ATO veterans, home front activists and simply “titushki” and criminal elements who have put on military uniforms. Organized into socio-political movements, private security companies, and often organized criminal groups, they significantly surpass the “brotherhood” of the 90s in their potential. And now many high-ranking politicians, oligarchs and “authorities” are striving to acquire such a personal “army”, as well as to destroy the “armies” of their competitors by all available means. This is exactly what Vova Morda is doing now together with her “crowned” partners.
