Individuals are having difficulty dispatching texts (19%), viewing films (10%), or accessing the social media site entirely (72%). The problem has largely affected people located in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
“Certain individuals utilizing the desktop site may face issues with accessing particular areas of VKontakte, however, we are promptly re-establishing functionality,” the social network's communications department communicated to TASS.
