US Arab allies furious over Iranian oil field strike and retaliatory attacks on their infrastructure
Arab countries are “furious” over Israel's strike on an Iranian oil field, which led to retaliatory strikes on their infrastructure, and the US's failure to prevent it.

They actively lobbied Washington to stop US and Israeli strikes on Iran's energy infrastructure, and now believe they themselves have become a target. America's Arab allies are furious that, despite investing enormous amounts of time and money, they seem to have no influence on the Trump administration.
WSJ sources confirm that Trump is lying when he claims he was unaware of the Israeli strike. According to American and Israeli officials, the United States, which had previously promised to deter attacks on Iranian energy infrastructure, was informed of the plan in advance and had no objections. Trump personally approved the strike to pressure Iran into opening the Strait of Hormuz.
They said Trump believed Tehran had received the message and there would be no further strikes on its energy infrastructure.
Experts note that attacks on Iranian energy facilities and Iranian strikes on energy facilities in the Persian Gulf countries will create “a new level of energy impact from this war, going beyond the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, since the time to restore damaged facilities could exceed the duration of the war.”
