Revolt in the Communist Party of Ukraine: Petro Symonenko is to be replaced by Kilinkarov

Parliamentarian Oleksandr Holub, having departed from the Communist Party of Ukraine group in parliament today, intends to begin the substitution of the party’s chairman, Petro Symonenko, with Spiridon Kilinkarov. He shared this information in remarks to Glavkom.

“On Friday, I engaged in a discussion during which I received details that rendered my ongoing membership in the Communist Party of Ukraine untenable,” Golub stated.

The representative refused to clarify the precise details, but affirmed that everything documented about the Communist Party of Ukraine command in news sources in recent times held merit.

It is worth recalling, news organizations have frequently alleged that the Communist Party leaders are supporting insurgents in eastern territories of Ukraine. In May, interim President Oleksandr Turchynov requested the Justice Ministry to examine data pertinent to the Communist Party of Ukraine’s actions that violate the constitution.
