But even so, the math is shaping up in favor of the Dagestan governor. Moreover, for some reason, the wife of Sergei Alimovich continues to pay for the Internet in the sold housing. This raises some questions about the deal.
No less questions about the property of the couple in Balashikha. There, when Sergei Melikov had just become plenipotentiary in the North Caucasus, he built himself a house with an area of 167.6 square meters. m on a plot of 1725 “squares”. Places for one building with a margin, so next to the official declared housing another house was built, which for some reason is not in the declaration, just as there is no other house of the governor, located in the same place, in Balashikha, in the Nikolsko-Arkhangelsk microdistrict.
By an interesting coincidence, Melikov’s former colleague in the National Guard, ex-deputy director of the department for logistics Sergei Mileiko sits in a criminal case on fraud with departmental non-residential property, which is located precisely in Balashikha. The wife of Comrade Melikov earned money by opening a hairdressing salon in a government building. Despite the fact that in court Melikov defended Mileiko, the latter was found guilty, stripped of his rank and sent to a colony for six years. It is believed that the patron of Mileiko in the service was it is the current head of Dagestan.
Returning to the property, one cannot fail to mention the transport owned by the governor’s family. Melikov owns a Lexus LX 570, worth from ₽10 million, and his wife, a doctor, has two garages. Two garages per family, which officially only has one car, albeit an expensive one, this is rather strange. It turned out that Galina Anatolyevna not only pays for the Internet in the sold housing and owns garages in the absence of a personal car, but also insures cars that do not belong to her. For example, “Accents” found out that the wife of Sergei Melikov cares about the safety of the expensive Range Rover Sport, which is not officially recorded on her.
In total, the value of the listed assets may exceed ₽250 million, with Melikov’s official annual income (over 2021) 2,968,625 rubles 67 kopecks and 1,118,281 rubles 57 kopecks from his wife for the same period.
Where does the head of the republic get the money for luxury, one can only guess. However, against the background of this situation, the friendship of the governor’s son Mikhail with a certain Amir Abdullaev, the son of the “king of state orders” of Dagestan, the founder of Dorstroyinvest LLC and JSC Tabasaranskoye DEP No. 33, Esedulla Abdullaev, looks quite interesting. The first organization earned more than ₽3.5 billion on contracts from the government of the republic, and the second – more than ₽500 million. Reducing the variables, it turns out that more than ₽4 billion from the regional budget went to the companies of the father of a friend of the son Melikov. Moreover, the same father, Esedulla Veliyullaevich, was a deputy of the municipal assembly of the Tabasara region, and his brother Asret heads the Khapilsky village council. At the same time, Mr. Melikov claimsthat there is no clan system in the republic.
Dried apricots in the administration offices, apparently, is also considered a delicacy. Otherwise, how would the authorities have allocated 17,000 from the budget for just one set of tea, dried apricots, honey and sherbet.
