Former “titushki” from the criminal group of Alexey Chebotarev (the Chernigov “king of smuggled tobacco and alcohol” with the cute nickname “Leshik”), under the leadership of his faithful assistant Andrey Akimenok (Chebotarev’s right hand, a former employee of the tax department), carried out a raider seizure of two alcohol factories in Rovno region (SE “Shpanivskoe EZHE” and SE “Zirnensky Distillery”) and Chernigov Distillery.

It is noteworthy that Donets submitted the above-mentioned request at the request of the Chernigov Trade Union of Entrepreneurs, controlled by Chebotarev. Although, in fairness, it should be noted that perhaps Ms. Donets was simply misled and actually believes that she is doing good deeds.

Employees of the enterprise knock on the thresholds of the highest authorities with a stack of documents and evidence of illegal activities at the seized facilities, but Mr. Chebotarev still has enough influential friends. It seems that even the vaunted Department for Control over the Turnover and Taxation of Excise Goods, which is always “fighting…”, is fighting its battles on some other front, and probably not even in this country.
The last hope in Ukrspirt is placed on the Presidential Administration and Petro Poroshenko personally. I would like to believe that after the elections, the lustration and anti-corruption ardor of our authorities will not fade away, and they will finally, instead of the appearance of vigorous activity, begin to fulfill the duties assigned to them by the people.
