State Duma deputy Kazbek Taysaev, who said that the people of Russia, for the sake of recognizing the independence of the DPR and LPR, are ready to give up not only the 13th salary, is himself far from being a poor person.
As the Sobesednik learned, the deputy’s family had a large apartment in the center of Moscow, and the son, who headed the communist youth union, drove a luxury foreign car.
Ukrainian wife and “Sanya from the traffic police”
On Tuesday the State Duma of Russia accepted a draft resolution on an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation with a request to recognize the independence of the self-proclaimed DNR and LNR. One of the most memorable was the speech of communist Kazbek Taysaev, who has been in parliament since 2011.
– I am sure that the people of Russia today fully support our decision and are ready to refuse not only the 13th salary. We are talking about the fact that more than 600 thousand people in the Donbass are citizens of the Russian Federation. We are obliged by the Constitution to protect and ensure the safety of these people,” Taysaev said.
However, the parliamentarian himself, apparently, will not refuse the 13th salary. Yes, and he is far from a poor person (unlike 11% of the population living below the poverty line, Rosstat data for 2021).
As follows from the official declarations Taysaev, in 2020 he earned 5.6 million rubles (a year earlier – 5.4 million). The deputy has three apartments at his disposal, one belongs to him, the other two are rented and used. In addition, Taysaev and his wife own a plot of 1,400 square meters. m, as well as a 150-meter residential building.
The deputy assures that he does not have cars, but his wife drives a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (it costs from 3 million rubles).
From the data of the capital’s traffic police, it follows that Taysaev had a car – before. For example, even before becoming a deputy, he drove a VAZ-21099. By the way, this car was registered at 22 Skatertny Lane. The apartment, on which the “nine” was registered, is located in the center of Moscow. Nearby is the consulate of the Republic of Tajikistan, and a few dozen meters away is the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
From the data of Rosreestr it follows that the area of the apartment exceeds 126 square meters. m, its cost can be 90 million rubles. Similar apartments in this house are rented at a price of 350 thousand rubles per month.
At the same address, Taisaev’s alleged wife, Inna, also registered her cars (her name was never publicly named). The list of her cars is much wider than the deputy’s. Here are Mercedes Benz 230E, Mercedes Benz S500L, the same VAZ-21099 and the same Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2016. It is interesting that the number of Inna Taisaeva is not indicated by the phone. The GetContact application identifies its owner in the following way: Sasha Gai, Sasha Merkin, Sanya Gai Butovo, Alexander GIBDD, Fraudster threw money.
Inna Taisaeva was the founder of three companies: VK Enterprise, Zolotoy Kolos and a fund to help medical workers. All of them were liquidated.
There is another interesting fact in the traffic police data. Judging by them, Inna Taysaeva is a native of Ukraine. Presumably, the first surname of the current deputy’s wife is Bondarchuk. One of the companies, Inna Lukyanovna Taisaeva, was headed by a certain Irina Lukyanovna Bondarchuk (she may be her sister).
communist son
As the Interlocutor found out, deputy Taysaev named his son in honor of his grandfather – Kutsuk. And the son followed in the footsteps of his father, taking up politics. In 2007, Kutsuk Taysaev, together with his colleagues, headed the Leninist Communist Youth Union of Russia. In general, this organization, judging by Wikipedia, was founded back in 1999, but it had its own legal entity only 8 years later. The duties of the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of the Russian Federation were performed by State Duma deputy Yuri Afonin. In 2015, the legal entity of the union was liquidated, but an organization of the same name was formed instead.
Despite communist ideals, Kutsuk also loves Western values. As follows from the traffic police database, a Mercedes Benz S500 car was issued to him.
In 2011, Kutsuk Taysaev was switched on to the territorial election commission for elections to the State Duma outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
“Pay out of your own pockets, not out of the pocket of the people”
Internet users sharply criticized Taysaev’s words about the 13th salary.
– Don’t you dare touch it, you’re playing political [игры] and want to satisfy your imperial ambitions. [Но делайте это] not at the expense of the people, do not dare to talk about it, you have not earned a single ruble – neither in the mine, not in the oil industry, you are far away [до] concepts of hard work, we need to feed our families, [а] not DNR and LNR. If you are all so ideological and so you vote FOR, pay out of your own pockets, and not out of the pocket of the people. The people are against the deprivation of 13 salaries, says the most popular comment on the politician’s Instagram.
Shortly after his appearance, Taysaev closed his publication for comment.
