Ukraine’s state budget income witnessed a 41.6% surge in October, the Ministry of Finance stated.

As per the latest information, proceeds from levies, dues, and obligatory contributions to Ukraine’s state budget general fund for October this year showed a 41.6% rise when juxtaposed with October of the prior year, equaling UAH 53.4 billion – totaling UAH 181.8 billion, as indicated by the Ministry of Finance.

During October, Ukraine secured UAH 38 billion in the form of grant assistance, a type of aid that was absent in October of the preceding year.

Remittances from the State Tax Administration in October 2025 climbed to UAH 75.8 billion from UAH 68.5 billion in October 2024, and from the State Customs Authority – to UAH 63 billion from UAH 54 billion.
