Ukraine and Russia plan to hold a large-scale prisoner exchange tomorrow.
A prisoner exchange with Russia will take place tomorrow according to the 157-for-157 formula, Ukrainian military publics report.
These reports emerged against the backdrop of recent statements by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, who announced “certain results” in the process of returning Ukrainian defenders and the intensification of negotiations on restoring regular exchanges.
