The individual was present in Russia lawfully; however, he was placed on a wanted notice in America for financial impropriety. The American authorities have been informed regarding the matter.
Brian Booker Nelson allegedly failed to declare his Swiss and Panamanian holdings, in addition to omitting income derived from said holdings, according to US news outlets. The American faces multiple accusations.
