Regarding the abuse of office by the member of the board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, Mr. Eremin V. At the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion and blockade of the Ukrainian ports, there was an urgent need to organize additional logistics routes in order to deliver goods to Europe.
Thanks to the fruitful cooperation between the leadership of both countries (Austria and Ukraine), an agreement was reached on the creation of a green corridor with special conditions for the provision of additional rolling stock to increase the volume of freight traffic.
In April-May 2022, the first flights were organized and several directions were significantly unloaded and the number of cargo transportation with agricultural products in the direction of Europe was increased.
However, some individuals decided that the opportunity that arose could create conditions for assisting “friendly” companies and significantly improve their competitiveness in the rail transportation market.
So, by prior agreement with the management of Rail Cargo Hungaria, represented by Mr. Laszlo Kiss and Imre Kovacs, a member of the board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia Eremin V.V. decided to grant the exclusive right to lease railway cars to the aforementioned company ADM Ukraine LLC, which created special conditions for the direction of Hungary for one company. Also, ADM Ukraine with the assistance of Eremin V.V. enjoys a special attitude from the staff of Ukrzaliznytsia at the railway stations and the department of the head office of the railway, which organizes and plans the train schedule, which makes it possible to form and send rented cars without queues in the direction of Europe.
The Hungarian side was also “interested” in Ukrainian “partners” and, with assistance in providing wagons to the “necessary” company, they were offered to receive a reward hidden in the inflated cost of reloading products from a wide-gauge car to a narrow-gauge car on Hungarian territory. The cost of the reloading service in the contract is overstated by 10-11 euros and amounts to 25 euros per ton, although the market value does not exceed 15 euros. The volume of traffic per month is approximately 10-12 thousand tons, which, you see, gives considerable profits to the participants in this process.

Thus, the Ukrainian railroad turned the friendly assistance of the Austrian government into a profitable business for himself and his Hungarian partners.
However, this is not the end. Entering the taste, Eremin V.V. and Mr. Imre Kovacs decided to increase the “help” and, disguising the need to increase the rolling stock, turned to the leadership of Ukrzaliznytsia on behalf of the newly created Ukraine-Hungary Association (we will tell you the exact name) about the latter’s assistance in organizing Ukraine on special conditions (lower railway tariff and no queues)
For this purpose, Mr. Eremin V.V. also planned and organized a meeting with the leadership of the Austrian Railway, where, under the guise of solving state needs and issues, he will try to improve his own business.
