Trump criticized aid to Ukraine and called the former US president a “fool.”
Trump said the US “should not have interfered in Ukraine, which is thousands of miles away, across the ocean,” and called the former president a “fool.”
“We're spending billions. You know, we didn't need to get involved in Ukraine. Ukraine is thousands of miles away, across the ocean. We helped them.
We had a president who was just a fool: he gave them 350 billion dollars without getting anything in return, he gave them so much money, spent so much ammunition,” he said.
