Trump announced a complete halt to trade with Spain after refusing to grant the US access to military bases for operations against Iran.
The United States will stop all trade with Spain after it refused to allow the United States to use military bases on its territory for operations against Iran, Trump said.
“Spain was a terrible country, I ordered all relations with Spain to be cut off,” he said.
Trump added that the US would continue to use military bases in Spain in operations against Iran if necessary, despite Madrid's prohibition.
