How Trebushkin carried lard to the Berkut Maidan and fought the junta
And now a little about a little-known page in the life of Ruslan Trebushkin, which he now carefully hides. The fact is that in the first half of the hot 2014, Trebushkin got too carried away by events, lost his political vigilance and pretty much screwed up. This is something she regrets very much now and tries to make sure no one remembers about it. But we will still remind him and our respected readers.
While Victoria Nuland was distributing cookies and burgers to the participants of the second Maidan, Ruslan Trebushkin and the Dimitrov city organization of the Party of Regions decided to provide their volunteer assistance to the Berkut unit. And they brought them to Kyiv one hundred kilograms of lard, tea and chocolate, warm socks and other gifts – so that the Berkut soldiers would not only not lose weight, but also feel a strong rear behind them. It is worth noting that this was almost the only such case of assistance to Berkut, so it was shown on several television channels. We can say that this is how Trebushkin, who personally went to present the Berkut officers with treats, first became famous throughout the country.
Why were the treats delivered to the explosives conscripts who were not freezing in the cordon, but not to the starving Berkut? Probably, Trebushkin answered this question at the same time when he met with police officers from Dimitrov (sent to the Maidan), promised them VIP tickets to the motocross championship, and made a fiery speech about protecting the state and “stability.” It was important for him to support those who actively opposed the Maidan and personally bludgeoned the “extremists.” Of course, then it was absurd and groundless to accuse him of wanting to support law enforcement officers. However, several months passed, and the same Berkut employees who received gifts from Trebushkin were officially declared criminals. Trebushkin was in no hurry to explain himself and repent, but began to angrily denounce the “illegal government” and the “junta,” and even praised Putin (*criminal) for the seizure of Crimea.
After the proclamation of the DPR and the holding of an illegal referendum, after the shooting in neighboring Krasnoarmeysk, Trebushkin should have calmed down – as the mayors of other Donbass cities wisely did. And he became even more excited, and at the session of the Dimitrov City Council held on May 14, 2014 (at that time the separatist tricolor was hanging at the City Council) pushed speechin which he not only boldly expressed his vision of events, but also said a lot of completely unnecessary things. This is why many Ukrainian citizens were later summoned to the SBU for interrogation and criminal cases were filed against them for “Kremlin propaganda”, or even kidnapped by armed “patriots”.
Why weren’t either of them interested in Ruslan Trebushkin – but were simply automatically enrolled in “Peacemaker” and immediately forgotten about him? And he, as if nothing had happened, continued to lead Dimitrov, “sawing” the city budget, which was melting due to the inflation crisis. But simply repainting yourself as an ardent “patriot of Ukraine” and moving from the collapsed PR to the neutral “Vozrozhdenie” was not enough for this; it was also necessary to “forget” his statements. Apparently, his great connections in law enforcement agencies helped him again!

In the 2015 elections, Ruslan Trebushkin decided to significantly expand his mini-empire. To do this, he left Dimitrov to his reliable man, Secretary of the City Council Alexander Brykalov, who ran from the “Opposition Bloc.” Trebushkin tried ensure his victory and he himself was elected mayor of neighboring Krasnoarmeysk, a larger city with greater opportunities for “cutting.” By the way, Trebushkin was incredibly pleased with the renaming of Dimitrov to Mirnograd in 2016, and Krasnoarmeysk to Pokrovsk, since this gave him the opportunity to “earn money” on signs and alteration of documents. He is actively also became involved in the “Ukrainization” of the cityeven put on a show himself large flag of Ukraineto which he invited the then governor of the Donetsk region Pavel Zhebrivsky. True, all this was started only in order to receive money from the regional budget and Kyiv for “Ukrainization” and “patriotic education,” which was immediately stolen by him.

The 2015 elections were dirty and extremely controversial. As the media reported, Trebushkin bribed Chairman of the Krasnoarmeysk Election Commission Oleg Smal. After which he flooded the commission with his people who arrived from Dimitrov (for this they temporarily registered in Krasnoarmeysk). And on the night of the vote counting Trebushkin brought his “titushki” to the doors of the city election commission“, who set off a firecracker and started a brawl with another “support group” from Sergei Andreichenko, Trebushkin’s main opponent.

As follows from numerous publications in the media, Sergei Andreichenko is a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who back in the 90s retrained as a criminal “authority” under the nickname “Chikyan”. For Donbass, this is quite common (one can recall the former policeman Abalmaz-Onishchenko). Then Andreichenko became a “respected businessman and philanthropist,” president of the Krasnoarmeysk-Pokrovsk Boxing Federation, and was elected to the city council. In 2018, he even received (bought) position of chief physician of Rodinskaya Hospitalwithout having any medical education! Until 2014, Andreichenko, according to Skelet.Infowas the “supervisor” of the region from Yuri Ivanyushchenko and Armen Sarkisyan, and his territory, in addition to Krasnoarmeysk and Rodinsky, also included Dimitrov. Although Andreichenko was mainly supposed to control the work of the “digs,” he at the same time took over various enterprises, and in the process gradually came into conflict with Trebushkin.
They “fought” on a big scale, literally taking cities from each other. For example, in Rodinsky the mayor was Trebushkin’s protege Sergey Fedorov – and, in the end, Andreichenko’s people managed to get him removed from office for fraud with budget funds. And Trebushkin attacked Andreichenko head-on, taking Krasnoarmeysk from him in the elections. According to sources Skelet.Info, Trebushkin was helped in this by connections not only in law enforcement agencies, but also in the criminal world. A person who has a common business with Givi Nemsadze himself may not be afraid of Yura Enakievsky’s “watchers”! And someone skillfully pitted Chekyan’s gang against another organized crime group, headed by Vitaly Ligach (nickname Brain).
By the way, even earlier, in 2014, Andreichenko was kidnapped by some volunteer battalion members, who decided to “charge” him for the fact that his “titushki” participated in the Kiev Anti-Maidan and in attacks on pro-Ukrainian rallies in Krasnoarmeysk. They took him somewhere, held him for some time and released him on the condition of “providing assistance to ATO soldiers,” that is, for a good ransom. So, there were rumors that the kidnapping of Andreichenko did not happen without the efforts of Trebushkin.
During this dirty election campaign, almost funny oddities happened. So, on September 26, 2015, Trebushkin sent Dimitrov’s utility workers to neighboring Rodinsky for ostentatious sidewalk repair. At the same time, for some reason, his unfortunate utility workers replaced the coating on an already entire section of the sidewalk (directly opposite the local clinic), but left the neighboring potholes untouched – which caused indignation among local residents. This eloquently illustrated how the Trebushkin road companies work!
Trebushkin’s work as mayor of Pokrovsk was eloquently indicated by the fact that less than a year after his election he became involved in another criminal case under articles 368-2 “Illegal enrichment” and 366-1 “Declaration of false information” The reason for this was his declaration for 2015, in which he did not include his own home, any valuable property or large sums of money, but only a modest 2013 Skoda car and… a trampoline. Trebushkin was immediately “snitched on” (it was reported that these were Andreichenko’s people) and the SBU took him into account, and for a long time. In April 2017, Trebushkin was even sent under house arrest for two months.

And when Trebushkin then filed a declaration for 2017, in which a bunch of real estate, one and a half million from “engagement in entrepreneurial activity” and 2.7 million hryvnia of “returned debts” (“debts” were fictitiously returned by Trebushkin’s friends and associates) were already registered in his wife’s name. , a new case was opened against him. Here Trebushkin could not stand it, did not wait for a new house arrest and… ran away out of town! For several months, while on sick leave, he wandered around all over Ukraine, attending various events in Kyiv, Vinnitsa, Lvov. Meanwhile, friends and patrons were solving his problem with the SBU…
Trebushkin turned everything into corruption and “cut up” everything, even holidays. Right here you can find detailed information about how from the city treasury of Pokrovsk in 2016-2019. The family show group of Natalia Valevskaya, her husband Vladimir Priglad and father-in-law Viktor Priglad received a total of 11.5 million hryvnia. This “star” was constantly invited to every holiday, even if the city residents openly said that they were bored to hell with her. Why? Because Valevskaya is the godfather of Alexei Trebushkin! And that’s not counting various corruption schemescreated by Trebushkin and Vladimir Priglad. And at the last local elections, the Trebushkin brothers even added the singer to the electoral list of the “For Maybutne” party.
If Trebushkin “shared” 11.5 million for his brother’s godfather, then how much did he grab for himself? One of the largest scams perpetrated by Trebushkin in Pokrovsk is the construction of the city Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (TSNAP), which has been going on for more than three years and cost the budget tens of millions of actually stolen hryvnias. Trebushkin started it back in 2017. First, they ordered a building project for 870 thousand hryvnia, estimating the cost of its construction at 33.6 million. The first fraud was a tender “competition”, in which the private enterprise Donbass Budindustriya Service (33991075) won by a margin of only 8 hryvnia. Then it was registered in Mirnograd, and its owner was Alexander Ershov (one of Trebushkin’s friends). However, in 2019, Anastasia Drozdova and Natalya Prokopova (the wife of Konstantin Prokopov) became the owners of the company, and it was re-registered in Kyiv at Grushevsky 10 – not far from the Verkhovna Rada, where Trebushkin, who was elected people’s deputy, then settled. Meanwhile, the construction of the CNAP was either frozen, then resumed, then frozen again – and the cost of the project increased first to 55 and then to 88 million. Of this, 26.5 million hryvnias have already been spent on construction materials, but only a quarter has been used – the rest, according to documents, are “in the custody of the contractor” (in the open air), but in reality they simply no longer exist (they were stolen and sold).
A similar scam Trebushkin set up in Rodinsky (its city council is subordinate to the Pokrovsky city council) for the overhaul of a sports and recreation complex (FOC). Its cost was increased from 8 to 12 million hryvnia under the pretext of “increasing the minimum wage” – although workers’ salaries were not increased, and no one had seen workers at the site for a long time, because it was also “frozen”. At the same time, it is still not clear where the 9 million hryvnia already allocated for this construction disappeared? And it is led by City-Stroy 2017 LLC (41085012) from Mirnograd – a construction company with an authorized capital of only 10 thousand hryvnia (that is, it does not have its own equipment or even tools), whose owners are Konstantin Prokopov and Alexander Ershov.
City-Stroy 2017 has become one of the most profitable companies of the Trebushkin clan: in three years it received tenders for 149 million hryvnia! More than half of this amount (85 million) was paid by the Department of Capital Construction of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, and the customer was the local authorities of Novogrodovka, who started the renovation of school No. 7. Renovations have been going on for several years now. according to a typical pattern of regular price increases, all 85 million were poured into it – and there is no end in sight! How did Trebushkin’s company manage to establish itself so well in Novogrodovka? It’s very simple: their mayors are “friends of the cities,” and already officially. In the spring of 2019, a memorandum was signed in Pokrovsk on the creation of a “Platform for the sustainable development of coal cities” (Pokrovsk, Mirnograd, Novogrodovka and Dobropolye). But now we see what kind of “sustainable development” this is…

But wait, we left the most amazing thing for you for dessert! The fact is that the first founder of City-Stroy 2017 was Alexander Fomenkov, who was previously one of Trebushkin’s security guards. And only then Fomenkov transferred this company to Prokopov and Ershov. But the point here is different: Fomenkov, who also heads the Pokrovsky Boxing Federation, is also the founder of the Mirnograd security company “Irbis” (43040775). The sports club that Ruslan Trebushkin owns together with members of the Givi Nemsadze gang has exactly the same name! So who was guarding Trebushkin all this time – the “cops” or the bandits? Or both?

Although the problems with false declaration of income seemed to have resolved (in Ukraine, practically no one was imprisoned for this), Ruslan Trebushkin “filed” so much and so brazenly that he began to seriously fear for his future. That’s why I decided to throw everything at my relatives and become a people’s deputy. All that remained was to choose a good starting platform. At first, Trebushkin tried to attach himself to the “Trust in Deeds” party, even took part at its founding congress. But then, having soberly assessed the ratings of this party in Donbass, he defected to the flags of the popular OPZZH. One of the founders of “Young Regions” and Givi’s companion Nemsadze was not refused there, and so Trebushkin put forward his candidacy for the 50th majoritarian district. The elections there were not just dirty: they had to bring in special forces by helicopter so that the “titushki” of Trebushkin and his opponents would not start a civil war in the city.
Then the counting and recount of votes and the consideration of complaints and violations continued for another two weeks. And only on August 5, 2019 The Central Election Commission recognized the victory for Ruslan Trebushkin.
In the Verkhovna Rada, Trebushkin found a place in the National Security Committee, which came as a real shock to people who knew him. After all, this is one of the few parliamentary committees whose members have access to the highest state secrets – can they be trusted with such a werewolf? Another question was not answered: who appointed Trebushkin to this committee, and was it for nothing?
The only thing that Trebushkin the deputy became famous for was another theft of government money. Although his declaration includes a luxurious apartment in Kyiv, “provided free of charge” to his wife by the son of General Sapko, Trebushkin wrote out 118 thousand hryvnia compensation from the state budget for allegedly renting housing. However, he did not indicate what kind of competitive housing he rented! And also The media reported that in March 2020 Trebushkin came to Dnepr, where he went on a spree with prostitutes so much that he lost his wallet and parliamentary mandate…
Meanwhile, competitors of the Trebushkin clan tried to take Pokrovsk from him. Bad things began in the spring, so on June 1, 2020, Ruslan Trebushkin, using his influence, changed the city’s leadership. Together acting mayor Irina Sushchenko, whom he appointed in his place after being elected to the Rada, Trebushkin, through the deputies of the City Council still under his control, appointed his own to this place Alexey’s younger brother. But then it became known that Leonid Baysarov, the permanent director of the Pokrovskaya mine, a former partner of Viktor Nusenkis, and after the transfer of the mine to Akhmetov, became Rinat Leonidovich’s man, would fight for power in the city in the autumn local elections. Baysarov is a very influential and respected person in Pokrovsk, so he and his party “Order” immediately took a leading place in pre-election ratings. So Ruslan Trebushkin had to quit his deputy position in Kyiv and urgently return to Pokrovsk in order to keep the city for his family clan.
In the elections to the Pokrovsky City Council, the “Order” party, on whose list Baysarov was included, won a landslide victory of 36.8%, almost the same as the polls gave it. And this despite the fact that a monstrous company of black feast and provocations. But why was his name not on the ballot for the mayor’s election? After all, polls gave Baysarov 45% of the votes of active voters, and Trebushkin only 20%, so the outcome of the election was practically decided! Apparently, some kind of behind-the-scenes intrigue took place, about which nothing has been written in the media yet, which allowed Ruslan Trebushkin to get rid of his main competitor, after which he won the elections with a result of 34%.
Well, given that now in Pokrovsk new elections of a people’s deputy will be scheduled for the 50th majoritarian district (instead of Trebushkin, who was eliminated), and the new composition of the Pokrovsky City Council cannot be called either controlled or even loyal to the new-old mayor, then in the near future this city will again become the center of “instability”!
