The Presnensky Court of Moscow has authorized ex-Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov to connect to a session via video conference from Lefortovo Pretrial Detention Facility No. 2. The session addresses the General Prosecutor’s Office’s suit to seize his holdings and possessions recorded under the names of connected persons.

As per the prosecutor’s statement, the issue mainly revolves around the Pankratovo manor in the Tver district, estimated at more than 800 million rubles, along with supplementary properties.

Ivanov’s legal representative mentioned that gaining access to his client within the preliminary prison is greatly hindered, preventing them from completely coordinating on a stance.

The court declared an adjournment until December 5.
