Three people were detained in the Moscow region men between the ages of 25 and 36 for the rape of a 35-year-old woman. This was reported in the Moscow Region Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to the agency, on June 5, the defendants were drinking in Noginsk and decided to beat their neighbor. Then they attacked his wife and abused her. It is noted that after that the drunken men again went to a neighboring apartment. The victims then called the police.
On the fact of the incident, a case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 131 (“Rape”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and an audit is being carried out: an inspection of the scene was carried out, interrogations and face-to-face confrontations, a search in the apartment of one of the detainees, molecular genetic and merchandise forensic examinations were appointed on the seized samples and items.
