At the planned trilateral meeting between the US, Ukraine, and Russia, the American side plans to propose an “energy truce” – Financial Time.
According to the publication's sources, this idea has already been discussed with the Ukrainian side. In exchange for a ceasefire, Ukraine must cease attacks on Russian refineries and tankers belonging to the shadow fleet.
Kyiv and Washington note that they are currently awaiting Moscow's official position regarding participation in the negotiations.
