Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha stated in an interview with European Pravda that Ukraine will sign a 20-point peace plan with the United States, while the United States will sign a separate document with Russia. The EU will not sign, but Europe is participating in the peace process, he clarified. According to Sybiha, the term “security guarantees” is being used for the first time.

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister added that important elements of future agreements include the presence of foreign troops in Ukraine and a “deterrence package.” Sybiga also reported that Zelenskyy is ready to meet with Putin to resolve two key issues: territories and the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
