Chelyabinsk prisoners are ready for a lot for the sake of Philip
Criminal authority Philip, he is also a deputy of the City Duma of Chelyabinsk Vitaly Rylskikh, appeared more than once in our posts. Although the parliamentarian does not have an “official” thieves’ status, powerful influence gathers almost all city criminals around him. We already showed his house with monograms, a pond and ducks, and detailedhow he gained weight in the criminal world.
Chelyabinsk prisoners are ready for a lot for the sake of Philip. You read about two important urkagans from his inner circle. The first is a deputy of the Soviet District Council of Chelyabinsk, convicted of robbery and rape. Alexander Ivanov nicknamed Ivanchik. This man not only hid from Russian legislation, the Czech company VitaMax, spol. sro and “threw” his partner, but also brought his own wife to a wheelchair with constant beatings. He will never refuse Vitaly Pavlovich the appearance of another double grave at the KPZIS cemetery, where buried more than a dozen “clients”.
Philip’s second infantryman and his right hand is a frostbitten brother from the 90s Valentin Belozertsev, he is Valek. His shaggy face, we too showed. In Chelyabinsk, he drives a 2019 Mercedes S 450 4Matic with a thieves number t111tt174. Bespredelschik went to “shooters” and showdowns instead of Rylsky, some of which ended in death.
And now get acquainted with the third criminal type of Philip. Urkagan’s name is Sergey Vitalievich Berannik (born September 21, 1958). And this is not an easy bandit, now we will tell you why. You will not find a photo of a criminal in any social network – most of his life he sits. It was not easy to find the prisoner.
We found six criminal cases. From 2003 to the present, that is, over the past 20 years, Berannik has spent only a year and a half in freedom. Here are his dates:
- 8 years and 10 months in a colony – on January 5, 2003, the Sovetsky District Court of Chelyabinsk passed a sentence under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Robbery committed by a group of persons”). Scumbag was released on September 2, 2011.
- 4 years in a colony – on November 16, 2011, almost immediately after his release, the Kalininsky District Court of Chelyabinsk again sentenced him to imprisonment under Part 1 of Art. 162 (“Robbery”).
- 3 years in a colony – on January 24, 2012, when Berannik had already gone to serve his sentence, the Sovetsky District Court of Chelyabinsk gave him another term under Art. 162 (“Robbery”). In general, for the totality of crimes (part 5 of article 69), Urkagan received 5 years in prison and was released on November 22, 2016.
- 2 years in a colony – on February 13, 2018, the Sovetsky District Court of Chelyabinsk sent Berannik to the “zone” under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 158 (“Theft causing significant damage to a citizen”).
- 5 years in a strict regime colony – on June 6, 2018, the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk charged him with two more articles, 161 (“Robbery”) and 162 (“Robbery”).
- 5 months in a colony – on July 24, 2018, Berannik receives an additional term from the Traktorozavodsky District Court of Chelyabinsk under Part 1 of Art. 314.1 (“Evasion of Administrative Supervision”). Together with previous crimes (Article 69), 5 years and 2 months came out.
Berannik is still in prison, but should be released in 2023. It seems that soon the criminal will appear in the office of the Rylskys on Lenin Avenue, where all the criminal rabble gathers (the building of the VIPR, an abbreviation for his name is Vitaly Pavlovich Rylskikh).
And now the main thing. Philip’s prisoner works part-time as a decoy duck or simply as a snitch. He is put in cells with important prisoners for their “psychological processing” and collecting the necessary information for the security forces. So Rylskikh knocks out glasses for himself from law enforcement agencies, and they help him get out of the way inconvenient people, crime bosses and other legal methods. The case has long been put on stream: Philip fulfills the requests of the security forces, and they fulfill his.
